managers need training on customer service, theres no reason to ever call a customer a liar, and when presented with evidence that they are in fact not lying they should accept responsibility and acknowledge their wrongdoing, it doesn't set a good example for youth working there either.
PS they also employ criminals, smile in your face then steal behind your back. Be cautious
