Women’s room needed attention badly. Had to let them know. My food was messy and mushy but my son’s food was made well. They did misplace my online order so I had to go ask for it. Had to clean the high chairs because they hadn’t been cleaned probably all day. Decent overall

The workers are extremely rude especially the managers. I just watched this old man who didn't understand how special offers on the app work and as he was asking for help the managers response " well I don't have a code I can't help you" and just walked off...she did this in front of everyone and you can tell the man was embarrassed. It's almost like they think being rude to customers is a cool thing to do. They barely make eye contact and will cut you off while speaking.

I had to pick up a doorDash order, and there was no indication that I could not go through the drive-through to pick it up. I waited behind two cars and finally get up to order, and I told them that I had two things, I start to say I have a DoorDash order and then begin my next sentence as I am cut off rudely saying “DoorDash needs to come inside.” So I park and go inside and the lady at the register looked completely miserable to be there and gave me attitude as well as the other workers there. The whole environment felt very tense and very disrespectful.

Management was extremely rude at the drive thru speaker and at the window. Manager was extremely rude and slammed the window in my face after I waited a ridiculous amount of time to be waited on in the drive thru.
