Even though did not have the desired treat the person behind the register made a suggestion for a supplement item that they did have. Which was similar to the desired flavor and taste that I originally had in for. It is also a Wi-Fi access point with a restroom for patrons. Now that KFC has moved from next door there is more parking available to Dunkin's customers.

I’ve gone to several Dunkin Donuts across the country, even the stores in the middle of the hood are more well-kept than this one. This is hands down the most neglected store I’ve ever seen. The atmosphere is dystopian and unnerving. The employees looked suicidal, they hardly acknowledged me, didn’t even look up at me when they took my order. They gave me my food quickly and it was very hot, my sandwich was pretty okay, a little burnt but it didn’t taste bad. If it wasn’t for the food I wouldn’t give this place any stars. But I’m not sure if I feel safe eating here again unless the owners take some pride in their business.

Of the three in town this is BY FAR the dirty Dunkin! over the last year, especially it’s really gone downhill. They’re not doing any cleaning whatsoever and the parking lot is also a mess
I advise going to southside or West End If you can.. this main street location is understaffed and filthy compared to the other two locations in Oneonta. It’s like a night and day difference. Whoever is running this clearly couldn’t care less. I’ve been going here for years several times a week, but I had a moment today and decided I’m never going back again. It’s just gets worse and worse lately. You’ve been warned!
