On 1/4/2026 at 5:20 pm we placed an order for some burgers and a fry. I myself always check the order when I get it because my burger is usually very undercooked and or there are toppings I didn’t ask for, like tonight. Luckily your franchise is lucky I’m not money hungry otherwise I’d be calling my lawyer. My burger had mushrooms on it and I’m not deadly allergic but I’m allergic enough to get a reaction. I’m very disappointed in this food chain, your employees need to be more cautious otherwise they’re gonna cost everyone there, their jobs because someone will sue one day for carelessness like this. Just in case the employees and or management try saying it was probably the wrong burger, there’s pictures of both burgers, my spouse who can have mushrooms and mine that should not have had mushrooms on it, mine are picked off and placed on the foil as his remains with the fungus on it. Please for proper management talk to your employees and instill how important food allergens are!

The burger was tasteless and dripping grease, the fries were bland, and everything was so greasy that it was seeping into the brown paper bag almost immediately.

How can anyone not like their burgers and fries. My only issue was the bathroom was totally abused and neglected. I wanted to wash hands first before ordering, I walked in the bathroom and right out and didn't order anything. The problem is the employees are supposed to use that same space, gross beyond measure.

Food was good from what we got to eat of it!! If your hours say 11 to 10 you should probably stay open for those hours and not ask people who just spent $60 on their meals to leave at 5:30 because you wanna go home.

I can't say the experience was bad. Ketchup was out, multiple people tried using the dispenser before the crew finally noticed. Again, my experience didn't Break Bad, but another team parent noticed some of the crew had a different METHod of doing things.

In addition to everything below, we ordered a regular fries and the person didn’t give us the extra fries scoop. When I asked for it politely, she walked to the fries, brought some to the counter and through them it into the bag, unbelievable!!! See in the picture the amount of fries we got - Baby spilled a drink and nobody picked it up during our entire time there eating a meal - Bathroom was dirty - Took them over 6 minutes to take our order even though there was nobody ese in line - No manager (black shirt) in sight - Very unorganized. They served orders that came after us before ours! - They did not shake the fries as per 5 guys indications This location needs a secret shopper ASAP

Even though it was cooked while I waited, it was cold when I ate it, less than 2 min after receiving it. Stopped here for a hot meal. After the enormous wait time ( for order to be taken and in getting the food), was eager to have a yummy hot meal. NOT. I do not recommend this place. Even the customer service was bad/ rude.
