Was passing through Oneonta for the first time and in need of lunch, and was not in the mood for your typical fast food chains. So I dipped down to Main Street and saw that Get Fresh got five stars so gave it a try. We were not disappointed. Great little spot with excellent food. The turkey chili in particular was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I had a breakfast sandwich here this morning, I almost didn't find the place but all you have to do is follow the signs! it's very tucked away.
I ordered a sandwich and the caramel coffee, everything was delicious. I spoke with the person working, very friendly and amazing atmosphere!
I believe it is 100% worth coming here over someplace like Starbucks or dunkin donuts. your supporting a small business for the same price as it would cost to go to a chain business, with no doubt higher quality food and a more cozy dining experience.

Great food. Good breakfast, crazy coffee with a twist you won't be able to find anywhere else, and the sandwiches are top notch. A unique spot well worth the try that quickly became one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite on the weekend. It's great too if you work in town and venture there for lunch as the service is quick. It is a bit hidden but once you know how to get there it is actually convenient and easy to get to. You can park out back quick and use the stairs or right out front on main.

"Get Fresh on The Main... More like: Get Floored by Fantastic Food. Its as if your taste buds went skydiving into a world of flavors, like a symphony where every dish is a maestro, playing a tune so divine that it could make a bear dance ballet. The service was fast and friendly. Although I was hesitant to try the specialty sandwiches, I am so glad I did. BLT with jam was amazing, the ham with apple slices was an awesome take on a deli classic, with ham so tender just looking at it would probably melt it right on the plate. Amazing spot - a bit hidden in the back of a building on main street, but a hell of a find all the same. A must-visit spot where every bite feels like discovering a new secret ingredient to happiness.

my two friends and I meet we try once a month but sometimes it's longer. one of us lives 2.5 hrs away so we don't see each other often. this is the one place that we can sit and visit and never feel rushed. we generally go for breakfast and it's delicious just enough to eat. it's a one Woman show and she does a marvelous job.. kudos. see ya in a month if not sure to weather definitely march

I found this place on Google maps and saw the ratings so I gave it a try. I had a fantastic breakfast sandwich that was made fresh with a smile. The iced coffee was medium-bold, great flavor. I’ll be in Oneonta off and on for another month or so and I will definitely be back here. I highly recommend it. It’s also located right next to a barbershop and a massage therapist, I’m gonna make a day of it!

I love this place! Stopped here 3 times now and it is always consistent. Great food, made fresh. Amazing service, the owner is here doing it all. Cooking and serving. Always friendly. This place is a hidden gem in Oneonta, a must stop in if you are in the area, definitely worth it.
Parking: I know different times of day, different times of year parking can be difficult in Oneonta, I never had an issue finding a reasonable close spot.
