Hope this place stays closed for good. Food was always cold.
I enjoy going and eating here. Most of the help are very friendly. There were a couple that weren't friendly. But overall I always have a enjoyable meal.
Used to go for lunch and dinner. Food used to be really good. Last couple visits , most of the food was terrible. The last time I went with a friend we both were in the bathroom and out stomachs were off for a day or two. .Im sorry until they fix their service or get new ownership. I refuse to ever eat there again
I went to get sushi but they didn't have any. The website says lunch is 5.99. When I went to counter I told the girl that and that it was a terrible meal. The ribs were hard, sesame chicken mushy, many things lukewarm, fortune cookie stale and found something crunchy in the pudding. She accused me of lying because I didn't want to pay. " have no money say so. No one else complain. You no complain until get bill. You eat 2 plates. I said yes I got two plates but only ate a bite of everything nasty. She pushed me card at me and said she didn't need my few dollars.
I'm very disappointed in how far downhill this buffet has gone. When you think a restaurant has hit the bottom of the barrel in their quality then you here and you learn this place has found a surface below the barrel. Back in the early 2000s and when they competed with ponderosa the food here was decent. These days tho the food is barely edible and will definitely have you visiting the bathroom
VERY UNSATISFIED!!! Wanted to try out somewheres different for the new year of 2020, but we will never go back!!! Entrance way with steps unappealing, old fashioned dirty electric chair attached to stairs for a handicapped person, no ramp. The first thing when walking in is a cookie area. Pans of food were either empty or almost empty, cold, no taste, rubbery or hard and no labels to tell what kind of dish it was. We thought maybe we arrived in between lunch and dinner but nothing new ever came out, so had to ask the one and only waitress. Tables had napkins stuffed under legs to balance them and as we tried to find something worth eating a ceiling fire alarm keep beeping as to let a business know that it's time to change the battery, very ANNOYING! Afraid to use the restrooms. Where is the Board of Health/food and safety Inspectors to close this place down with so many bad reviews????????
Very Good...best for your $????
The food is ok. It is reasonably priced for a large family. For less than 50 dollars my family of 6 can eat until bellies full. Most of us get everything we want.
Would give 0 if I could!!! Dirty found lots of black hair and my children are blonde. They argued saying it was ours
It was the worst Chinese buffet I ever been at filthy overpriced terrible service you want a good Buffet go to Norwich
Restaurantji Recommends
Food was adequate. They did a good job of replacongnitems as they became empty
This place has definitely gone downhill. Food wasn't stocked, took 5 minutes for someone to greet me and get me seated, and the food that I did eat was definitely sitting there for a while. Maybe I just went on a bad night but from reading other reviews this definitely seems like a common thing.
Food is disgusting. It's all old, no fresh sushi available. The environment is dirty and run down and the air system must not work properly because all the floors are slick with humidity and you feel like you're in an aquarium store. Don't be fooled by how cheap it is. It's still not worth it.
Great when it's busy and fresh
Good service and good food they typically keep the buffet pretty well-stocked and when they started running out of sushi rolls the girl actually made specifically what we wanted and brought it to our table which was pretty cool
