First time I ever visited a Jersey Mike's was this one in Oneonta, NY...and I LOVED it! Became an instant Jersey Mike's fan. Since I'm moving to this area, I'll definitely be a regular!

I would like to make a suggestion. As the sub (as in my case) moves along the assembly line and makes it to the cashier for wrapping, she takes my money with her gloves on, then centers my sandwich on the sub wrapping paper. I almost walked out then but I was starving from being stuck in Oneonta all day with appointments. I’ve been in the food service industry my entire life. The cashier should not be touching dirty filthy currency and then touching peoples food.

For the 3rd time from ordering subs from here, they have messed up my order. I made an online order for 4 subs, mine was with wheat bread and again, was given white bread. 3 strikes and you're out...we won't be ordering from here any more.

I asked what kind of tuna was available, either white or light. They had no idea what I was talking about about. I explained some more as to help them look at the can it comes in. Well guess that made them mad. Then tried to order tuna on a rosemary sub roll. She rolled her eyes and said we're out of rosemary. I ordered a giant #7 (mikes famous Philly) asked to add bacon. Was charges for ONE piece of bacon. Then apparently we aren't allowed to order extra veggies on hot subs. Another sub was ordered. Giant chx bacon ranch. Was given a regular with again ONE piece of bacon. The only thing I can say nicely is their establishment has been clean each time I've gone in.They are disorganized. Rude. Poor customer service skills. This was my second attempt at ordering in store. First time they were all on their phones making tiktoks ignoring their customers. Will NOT give a third try. Ugh

There's always this one guy there who has worked there for a long time who is always so pleasant and welcoming when we come in!Kid-friendliness: I walked in with 2 happy meals for my little ones.. me and my husband really wanted a sub but the kids didn't. I was worried about coming in with food from another place but no one judged us or cared. The kids were happy and good eating their happy meals and my husband and I got to enjoy our delicious subs for lunch!

Employee Lilly was using a red light on employees, shining on other employee faces while making our sandwich. Another employee while we dined inside was making loud noise as mimicking a disabled person. Inappropriate and childish staff. Last time a year ago I was here other staff were friendly proffesional, greeted you when entering establishment. Most likely won't come back.
