The college kids that are employed here at the Southside McDonald's are just plain lazy. They didn't want to make a double cheeseburger and gave me a Mcdouble instead. I mean seriously the difference between the two is a slice a cheese. Plus they had loud music playing. Garbage cans were full. And I've noticed too that some of the cooks who handle the buns weren't wearing gloves. And yes I said something. The managers need to step it up big time.

I just got home not thinking about opening my food and this was in my nephews food garbage with bugs crawling in it

Forgot 2 orders of fries in one mobile order while wearing pajamas in my car. Had to grieve the loss of the fries in the parking lot since you can’t correct a mobile order without going in.

absolute garbage gave me half a basket of large fries waited forever for my food honestly just sold disappointed, terrible atmosphere food and service. My fries taste like absolute dog shit.

Food experience horrible, very simple order. Mcdouble no onion was one of the orders, had onions. Asked for it to be made again politely, made a second one and it was made very messy with tons of ketchup all over the burger and bun.
I ordered a double cheeseburger and it ended up being patties that weren’t fresh let alone even a warm burger. So I went in and said the batch you’re using from must not be fresh because it taste old and it’s damn near cold. She sarcastically told her worker “he wants a freeeesh burger” as if I asked for some crazy request. Ended up getting a burger from the same batch and even colder and more poorly made than the first one. Literally pathetic
