What a creepy place. While we were waiting in line one of the workers let us know there were no chips or stacks. OK fine. There appeared to be 3 or 4 people working there, but the woman taking orders was incredibly slow and appeared miserable. When it was finally our turn, they were out of more things - no steak, no chipotle ranch, no crema. Even though there was more than an hour until closing time, we got the scraps of what remained in each container. I barely ate my food, the whole experience was off putting. I would not return to this location.

Ive been to this location 3x and was never greeted “welcome to Moe’s “ never knew that was a thing until a Caucasian man walks in behind me today. That man was met with enthusiasm, smiles and great customer service. I was met with disturbing looks and no one ever smiled or acknowledged me in a respectful and friendly manner. I walked out and will not patronize this business ever again. You all should do better life’s to short to be mean and racist! I mean judgmental. Remember there’s judgement day!

Moes is a great place to eat. The manager Stephen is a big help in multiple ways beyond the food and the service!! My car ran out of coolant and he let me come back in a few minutes after they had closed to get water to put in my car. Truly a hero of a person, thank you for helping me out so late at night!!

First time there. It was like a subway for burritos. We got the stack my husband LOVED it. Personally I’d rather go to a Mexican restaurant but I’m not a burrito person like my other half.

Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, good prices, tasty salsas, and free chips
I almost avoided this place due to recent negative reviews, but I'm glad I gave it a shot. I've never been to a Moe's before and wanted to give it a try.
There were 3 people in line ahead of me and the wait was like 3 minutes if that. Plenty of workers taking orders and doing stuff. Everyone was super nice to me even though I didn't really know how it works and kept asking questions (its basically Tex-Mex subway).
Portions were a lot larger than I expected and I left full (and I eat a lot). Free chips were good and there were like 6 salsa options you can help yourself to for dipping the chips. Everything was clean and the food was fresh.
I thought the food tasted good, but honestly I'm pretty easy to please in that department. All I ordered was a veggie burrito so cant comment on the protein selections. Also the drink machine seemed fine, or at least it had what I wanted.
Maybe things change depending on who is working that day, but I had a good experience and will go back.
Only thing I don't like is when restaurants lack paper towels in their bathrooms, which is the case here. Remove the air drier and replace with paper towels please!

They ran out of chips right before they rang us up. And then they were out of most flavors of drinks in the one drink machine. The other drink machine was completely out of order. Disappointed!

I don’t know what happened, but the queso is disappointing to say the least. It tasted nothing like the iconic Moes queso. If I had a blindfold on and was asked to taste it I would have thought this was some cheap cheap box store stuff. I’m actually not convinced that it isn’t to be honest. The chips are very stale and not flavorful at all either. Extremely disappointed.

Service was slow. Food was good. Could not get a medium size drink. They were out of medium size cups. They had kid size and Large size only. Burrito had too much liquid and fell apart quickly while eating it.
