I lived in India for 16 years, and this place serves authentic Indian food! The food is delicious, large portions (great for taking home leftovers!), sweet costumer service and decently priced! This is one of my favorite places to eat in Oneonta!

Love the food. Very good and authentic. Owners are very nice as well and happy to have them join our community.

Easily the best place to eat in Oneonta right now. Outstanding quality food in a small family run shop. Go for the lunch buffet and see what you like, there’s something for everyone

Food is tasty. Prices are slightly high. Nice staff. Nice atmosphere. I'd prefer the food to be slightly more spicy.

Excellent Buffet. An excellent way to try many items at a great price. The Buffett was very well stocked and the food was all warm an presented well. The operators were great and very helpful if you had any questions. One of my new favorites in a town with many options.

Terrific Indian place. Ordered it twice for takeout, and would gladly have it again. Rice was a bit dry, and they didn't provide spices (even when specifically asked), but the main meals are solid and flavorful. Recommend the shrimp saagwala for sure!

We tried this place for take-out food for the first time. The food was outstanding! Fast service. I'm so glad we finally have an Indian Restaurant in Oneonta.

We took our friends from out of town there and we all loved it! Over the years, we've been to many authentic Indian restaurants in NYC and this place was right up there. Absolutely wonderful. Good, attentive service; comfortable seating, and pleasant atmosphere. This place is the real deal.

Customer service was good, food was fresh and hot. Had the lunch buffet($15). Food was good, nothing out of this world. Good variety and size of buffet. Don't live in the area anymore, nice to see some new restaurants from other nationalities.

Service was great, Naan to die for, freshly made. My meal was good would have liked the opportunity to choose levels of pepper ( ex. mild, medium, hot) I most definitely would go back.

The food was fresh and clean. Lacks the depth of spices and aromatics that can be found in other Indian foods. I would go back again.

Loved it! The food is excellent and the ambience is nic and casual. I encourage anyone who likes Indian food to check out and support Noor.

We went for the lunch buffet ($12.99) and had a good experience. Our water glasses were constantly refilled, the naan was fresh and refilled often. My hubby does not like spicy food so the Tandoori chicken, and butter chicken were perfect for him. The aloo (peas and carrots) weas not too heavily spiced and he enjoyed them. I thought the chicken curry was underspiced, but the zucchini was very good. The kheer was not watery like some places we have been. Just watch your step entering and exiting...there is a steep step at the front door.

Noor is excellen Indian food, and in Oneonta! The plain naan was perfect (better than the garlic naan), and everything I have had so far-the sarson ka saag, the dal, the karahi chicken (spelled as "kadahi" on the menu if you are looking for it) were all delicious examples of those dishes and all made properly. I had a good lassi there, as well. They are new and still getting the service together, but it is absolutely some of the best food in Oneonta (not saying much, I know). Go eat there!
