This is a great bar for affordable drinks and if you are a regular definitely become a jug Club member. The staff is friendly and respectful and everyone always has a good time here and as a bonus they have a regular rotation of awesome bar shirts that are only 15 bucks or you can get it free if you are willing to take a few months off of your liver's life. Daytime nice chill type bar with an all-ages crowd, after 9:00 it's definitely a college Hotspot.

Red Jug Pub – stopped in after dinner (before the crowds) and it was a really nice experience. Our server was super nice and made great drinks. Easy parking across the street! Highly recommend.

As close to HOMOSEXUAL HEAVEN as you can find in Oneonta NY. I highly recommend the Red Jug Pub; it's a great place to meet and date MEN.

This place is a tool factory... I suppose if you want to be crammed like sardines into a dark dingy place with questionably old enough girls shaking their backsides at you, then ya, your kind of place.

This is a great local favorite for both professionals or professors during semester breaks or other "non-student" times {it's mellow and calm then), and students and young collegiate clients during the evenings in-semester (party time, packed and chaotic, the place to be I do hear, but not me at my age!).

As a older person I went on Friday night. The manager a woman she would not give me her name and female bartender treated me very rude. I felt discriminated against because I was not 20. Law enforcement needs to check this place because I had reason to believe there was many under age kids, in "THE RED JUG PUB".
