Very disappointed!! We've been here a few times and food and service has always been pretty good. We've been so excited to try their fun milkshakes, to be told "we don't have enough staff...so we're not doing milkshakes" When we first arrived, waited at the door for 8 minutes before being seated. Zero customer service to say "sorry for the wait, how many today?" Etc. The waitress said "who was here first?" And her lack of customer service just continued the whole time, never once did she smile. It's evident she's not happy where she's at. The entire country is working short right now from health care to food service and in between...sometimes a simple smile goes a long way! Food today was less than medicore

Man This place we took our middle son out to dinner with us and I will always come back here!! First of the people great the food is unbelievable in my 41 years I have never had such an amazing burger!!! Please if you get the chance order.m The Douglas burger!! You will not be disappointed at all!!

We had a reservation for 10:30, got stuck into a back room, had to wait 1/2 an hour to order our beverages, did not receive our food for 2 hours and what wasn’t burnt was cold.

I’ve been alot of places I’ve had a lot of cheeseburgers, you could tell if you’d see me. I was stationed in Texas and I have had a lot of really good cheeseburgers there and all over the country. I have to say this burger is a solid 9/10 and I only say that cause there’s ALWAYS the next best burger. Pictured is their aioli burger “I added bacon” Corey in the kitchen is always busting his back and still smiling in their big open face kitchen. All the staff are always very pleasant. Will say I think the fries are short stacked

Food was excellent. I had the “Garbage Wrap” with a side of sausage gravy and the wife had a bacon, cheddar, tomato and onion scramble bowl. My wrap was full of all the meats and veggies plus the home fries were loaded with onions and red peppers on top. The sausage gravy has great sausage flavor and came piping hot. Service was quick and our waitress was great. It was a cold and rainy November morning and they have a gas fireplace that keeps the restaurant warm and cozy, which we were also lucky enough to be seated right in front of. A great breakfast experience!

The food was very good!!! Good quality food, homemade. The south side burger was delicious & the French onion was excellent. You can tell that it was made from scratch and not a seasoned packet. Will be returning

We drove 24 miles to this restaurant about a week or so ago only to find it closed, no reason posted. We went back today for a relaxing breakfast. The food was good the service was fine. The background music was very loud and obnoxious and ruined the relaxing meal we had hope for. It's too bad because otherwise everything was just fine.
