I get being busy but asking you to pull out of the drive thru so you can wait out front for them to bring you your mobile order that you put in miles ago, in case they were busy, to be forgotten about. Two weeks in a row. very frustrating.. if you’re gonna ask someone to pull up for two danishes to keep your drive-thru moving at least don’t forget about them. Why put in the mobile order if you gotta go out front and wait and go in and get it because 20/30 minutes goes by?

The BEST Starbucks team I saw yet! Gotta say: I visited an awful lot of Starbucks' teams over time. This one here, today, was FLAWLESS! Huge line, picky customers on the graduation day at SUNY, etc. They made it feel like a breeze. You guys nailed it big time! Sure thing, big shoes to fill for the rest of Starbucks coming next on the visit list.

Best Starbucks crew ever! Not only are they super fast and friendly, but they have never screwed up one order compared to every other Starbucks from my hometown. Haley is exceptional!! She never makes me feel bad for my obnoxious order and always leaves me notes on my coffee! Makes my day every time!
