My family and I had a girls afternoon and were looking for a quick coffee stop. The baristas were unfortunately super rude and not accommodating whatsoever. I travel often and can say I've visited probably around 40 different Starbucks around the country and this was not up to the Starbucks standard. There were only a couple of other customers in the store but the baristas seemed overwhelmed and too busy to attend to our order even when asking for a cup of water. Our coffees were room temperature to top it all off. There are a few other local coffee shops I'd recommend visiting on mains treet and skip this Starbucks altogether.

Our Starbucks on State Route 28 in Oneonta, NY, is the very best. The coffee is made perfectly and the food is great. Most of all, the staff is SO friendly- they all are like family to us! Very sorry it's closed and we are looking forward to it's re-open!

1st of all, not impressed with this location. They are always extremely short staffed and/or out of certain ingredients for holiday and specialty drinks. Recently shut down by Dept Of Health for poor water quality.

This place hides sugar, cream, lids, napkins, straws, sugar, stirrer, are all kept behind the counter and have to be asked for. They won't even let you add your own cream, you have to keep saying "a litte more", while the employees roll their eyes at you. Avoid.

This is not the type of Starbucks I am used to. They are trying to accommodate customers but you can tell the higher ups are not allowing for proper inventory storage. They run out of food, a lot. Missing ingredients. The staff is friendly and tries their best but you can tell they aren't working with a loaded supply. Which is a shame. They could be doing more to stay competitive in the area. The coffee is good, however. So, still worth stopping for a Starbucks cup of joe.

Not a fan of this store because at times seem to encounter a long wait inside not because it’s busy, rather seemingly an absence of teamwork between the inside and drive through team.

So this has nothing to do with the workers, they were very nice girls except it was extremely under staffed. There were only 2 people working and had to close down the inside shop, when several people mobile ordered and made it difficult to get their drinks through the drive through. The Starbucks app said this store will be open until 9pm, but instead of a quick mobile order we were stuck waiting 20 minutes for one drink. Again, very sweet girls staffed, but the understaffing on a busy day made it way more difficult than it needed be.
Only 1/4 of my cup was actually filled with my drink mostly cold foam and no I didn't asked for extra foam, I did figure they probably would add a bit more sent I didn't want ice but not this much god damn and then they still didn't fill it up what a waste of my 200 Stars ?
