2 days ago came through drive through took them 25 minutes to anybody to receive their orders/get served. ordered a cakepop and dragon fruit refresher with lemonade recieved it with another substance, which im assuming was milk. was frothy, had particles floating in the bottom and was plain nasty. went through today and had much better experience, gave me the correct order tastes great and rapid service getting order in and receiving order.

Went to this location on a weekday before the holidays around 8 am and they were out of peppermint mocha. Went again near the holidays around 8 am and they are out of eggnog. So apparently they don't care about having the holiday drinks available near the holidays. This leads me to believe the store has poor management. Will not go back to this location.

Starbucks is always consistent. The coffee is strong, the specialty drinks taste the same every visit, and the baristas keep the line moving even when it’s busy. The store is clean, tables are wiped, and there’s space to sit if you want to hang out or work for a bit.
Drinks come out exactly how you order them, and the app pickup makes it fast — walk in, grab your cup, and go. They have plenty of choices for all diets too: almond, oat, coconut milk, sugar-free syrups, and lighter options if you don’t want something heavy.
Prices are higher than regular coffee shops, but you’re paying for good quality, a calm atmosphere, and reliable service. If you want a place for good coffee and a smooth experience, Starbucks does a solid job every time.

The worst order I've ever had from all the starbucks I've been too! My chai was nothing but oatmilk even the color showed that! I also ordered a grande white mocha add vanilla which makes it on the sweeter side and you couldn't even detect a whisper from across the room of either flavor!! Banana Bread was all of as big as my pinky like an end piece or something! I ended up asking for a refund and will never use this location again!

I get being busy but asking you to pull out of the drive thru so you can wait out front for them to bring you your mobile order that you put in miles ago, in case they were busy, to be forgotten about. Two weeks in a row. very frustrating.. if you’re gonna ask someone to pull up for two danishes to keep your drive-thru moving at least don’t forget about them. Why put in the mobile order if you gotta go out front and wait and go in and get it because 20/30 minutes goes by?
Purchased two hot lattes and got iced coffees. Went back in to correct order. The coffees both tasted like straight milk. Brought them back in the second time and those tasted even worse like straight watered down milk no coffee flavor at all. Not being rude but would definitely suggest someone showing the people what there doing wrong. So they can improve there mistake. I spent 16 dollars and all of it was not drinkable and went in the garbage.

I get coffee from here almost everyday, it’s usually okay but recently there’s been a lot of issues with missing toppings such as cold foam or incorrect flavors/syrups. I also was handed a shaken espresso with crushed coffee beans all over the side of the inside of the cup and whole beans floating at the top. If I saw it immediately so did the staff member who made it or the one who handed it to me. For drinks that are typically a minimum of $5 a piece it’s expected that they’re at least made somewhat properly. Most of the staff members are friendly, some could use a refresher in how to speak to customers.

I ordered in the store. Then I waited 25 minutes for my drink. Then they told me they thought it might have been an extra, so they had given it to someone at the drive through window. Then they said they would make it for me again, and apologized. Then I waited 10 minutes. No drink. Eventually I just got a refund. What a waste of time
