I ordered in the store. Then I waited 25 minutes for my drink. Then they told me they thought it might have been an extra, so they had given it to someone at the drive through window. Then they said they would make it for me again, and apologized. Then I waited 10 minutes. No drink. Eventually I just got a refund. What a waste of time

An employee by the name of Stephanie decided to bang on the bathroom door excessively while 4 teenage girls were using due to needing to stay together on a school trip. Reason for this being that it was apparently one person per bathroom, which was stated no where. When told politely to give them a minute so that they could get decent because one girl was in the middle of peeing, the worker got very rude. Girls go to the bathroom together, get over it.

The past 2 weeks I have gone thru drive thru and the gentleman have messed up my order badly I don't drink or eat anything sweet and all I did was get sweet I go inside to get it rectified and they charged me for all the screw ups. I'm so confused.

In addition to having the friendliest baristas I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks, I love the spacious dining area with plenty of seats and outdoor accommodations. Kudos to having plenty of parking as well.

I had an order of approximately $11 of just two drinks. I planned to used my unopened $20 gift card that I received as a birthday gift. However, the woman at the window did not read my total out loud and took my card to pay for my drinks. About two minutes went by and a man came to the window and read my total to me, to which I responded saying that I already gave my gift card to the woman. There were then multiple conversations held between workers, consisting of information that they did not communicate to me. They asked for my gift card again saying that I had paid for an older transaction, which they said that they would void. Confused, I gave them my card again. About a minute passed, and he hesitantly told me that I still owed $4. I explained that there should’ve been no charge left because it was a $20 gift card. The staff was very unhelpful, so I paid for the remaining charge. And they never gave me a receipt, they never even offered to give me one. This was robbery. I’ve had a challenging experience here and will be choosing Dunkin from now on.

My family and I had a girls afternoon and were looking for a quick coffee stop. The baristas were unfortunately super rude and not accommodating whatsoever. I travel often and can say I've visited probably around 40 different Starbucks around the country and this was not up to the Starbucks standard. There were only a couple of other customers in the store but the baristas seemed overwhelmed and too busy to attend to our order even when asking for a cup of water. Our coffees were room temperature to top it all off. There are a few other local coffee shops I'd recommend visiting on mains treet and skip this Starbucks altogether.

Our Starbucks on State Route 28 in Oneonta, NY, is the very best. The coffee is made perfectly and the food is great. Most of all, the staff is SO friendly- they all are like family to us! Very sorry it's closed and we are looking forward to it's re-open!

1st of all, not impressed with this location. They are always extremely short staffed and/or out of certain ingredients for holiday and specialty drinks. Recently shut down by Dept Of Health for poor water quality.
