In addition to having the friendliest baristas I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks, I love the spacious dining area with plenty of seats and outdoor accommodations. Kudos to having plenty of parking as well.

Our Starbucks on State Route 28 in Oneonta, NY, is the very best. The coffee is made perfectly and the food is great. Most of all, the staff is SO friendly- they all are like family to us! Very sorry it's closed and we are looking forward to it's re-open!

This is not the type of Starbucks I am used to. They are trying to accommodate customers but you can tell the higher ups are not allowing for proper inventory storage. They run out of food, a lot. Missing ingredients.
The staff is friendly and tries their best but you can tell they aren't working with a loaded supply.
Which is a shame. They could be doing more to stay competitive in the area. The coffee is good, however. So, still worth stopping for a Starbucks...
