2 days ago came through drive through took them 25 minutes to anybody to receive their orders/get served. ordered a cakepop and dragon fruit refresher with lemonade recieved it with another substance, which im assuming was milk. was frothy, had particles floating in the bottom and was plain nasty. went through today and had much better experience, gave me the correct order tastes great and rapid service getting order in and receiving order.

Any Starbucks can be a Starbucks the Oneonta Starbucks brings an extra level of service with fast friendly baristas how do you focus on customer care. The store is not as big as say the ones in Albany. The bathrooms are well-maintained and everything is served with happiness and smiles this is a good place to spend some bucks at Starbucks
