Do not shop this Subway. The Pros? The only place actually open 24/7 in the area. The Cons? Everything else. I went in at 2:40am after a 14 hour shift. I asked for the $6 deal of the day and the woman told me that she's not going to give me a discount and that I have to pay full price for it all. When I asked why she said that it doesn't make her any money so she won't do it. She probably takes full payment, voids the transaction, and keeps the difference for herself.

I went to this subway and they literally just stood there did nothing and ignored me the entire time I was there. Terrible service. The woman looked like she was stoned and she was looking at a stack of turkey that was in her bare hand for like 5 minutes. Maybe if she has put more effort into her job than getting high I wouldn't have stood there for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then of course she went back to the stack of turkey like it was going to provide her some daily inspiration.

Always quick and easy to order subs when we walk in. We get no less than 5 subs every time usually late evening and it’s a quick in and out. Staff is friendly and we have no complaints.

Went in there Wednesday night at 8:00 to get a sandwich on my way home. Stood on line for 15 minutes while she was outside smoking cigarettes with her friends, as she watched me stand on line. Finally the cashier from mirabito side came over and said “oh she must have gone on break” wasted my time stopping & I will never stop again.

Stopped for a sandwich, there was one subway employee very clearly stressed out. There was a Mirabito employee slowly helping this poor employee and also very noticeably complaining about the lack of staff and mentioned "I will put up a 15 minute break sign if I need to". That's fine, a lot of places don't have the staff, I don't mind waiting, the issue was what happened next. The mirabito employee called over, I think the other Mirabito employees name was Shari, to come and help the subway staff since I line has formed at this point. This person just came from outside, not sure if they were on break or doing something else outside.
Shari came to help, they did NOT wash their hands, they didn't put their hair in a hat or a hair net, and they did not put on an apron. They did put on gloves, but as this person started to assemble my sandwich their, very clearly already wet shirt, became draped on my sandwich. I had to ask to stop making the sandwich, to discard it and leave.
I feel bad, because this person was trying to help, but they are not a trained subway employee and if this store can't not operate without having trained employees working there, they need to shut down before someone gets sick from their food.
The service today was the worst I’d seen!! I stood in line from 2-2:30 so I finally left without getting served!! . There was only one lady infront of me! The servers were too busy talking about personal issues instead of focusing on the job. In my opinion, THIS LOCATION SHOULD HAVE ONE SANDWICH ARTIST WORK ON THE ONLINE ORDERS WHILE THE OTHER SANDWICH ARTIST DEAL WITH THE WALKINSSSSSS!!! Simply ridiculous!!

Life is full of disappointments, I didn’t expect this to be one of them. I came in to order a meatball sub with Parmesan. Super simple I had originally thought. I ordered a 12 inch, but the person behind the counter said there wasn’t enough meatballs for a 12 inch. I said okay, I understand these things happen. She had said there was enough for a 6 inch, but upon watching her make it I was sad to see she put 3 little meatballs on there, then an entire spoon full of straight sauce as if this would conceal this fact. She then stuck it in the oven and left. She did not tell her coworker this and the oven started going off while they were checking someone else out. After much beeping, I was as given a sad and partially empty sub. Additionally, they left it out on the counter long enough for the flies that have stormed the counter to find it. I’m generally very patient about these situations but I found this incredibly frustrating. The hygiene, customer service, and lack of communication all contributed to a horrible subway experience.

Food is definitely not what it used to be...the footlongs really aren't, and when I paid extra for 50% more meat, it sure didn't seem like I got any extra for the price. It's not the fault of the employees, though. I'm sure it's the corporate directive #

Terrible service. They called, they would have to bake cookies, because they were out. Really? The subs were awful, no meat a few condiments. We will not go back. Lazy employees.
