Every time I go to the drive through and place an order when I get home it totally wrong I ordered a chicken sandwich and I get a kids cheeseburger

Very poorly run establishment. Dirty tables with slow and rude service. Workers handling food with no gloves. Parking lot is in awful shape. Just nothing good to say, except there is a lot of room for improvement.

When they have specials, I noticed that they don't offer it on the app. I'll get something telling me about a special a two-for-one breakfast or something but it doesn't show up in the app. Then I don't collect any points when I use it so I haven't used Wendy's in a long time until they had a new cage and chicken sandwich and the tangerine lemonade. Let's see if they get better but they chased me to Burger King. I'm sure other people have done that too. I only go here once in awhile now it used to be a regular but even the people at the restaurant don't know how to work the app so they're useless when you need help with that. Always good to know that their people are not tech savvy. You think they would teach their employees how the card app works.
