I am not pleased at all with the food or the service for the late night shift workers none of the food was correct how we asked for it to be and the workers were disrespectful and didnt communicate or listen at all

Extremely bad service. The guy at the 1st window that took my payment didn't say a word to me to collect the money. Just stared at me waiting for payment. He took my credit card payment, I said thank you and he just shut the window and walked away. I looked at the receipt that was handed to me, it's wrong. So when I got to the 2nd window, I told them it was wrong. The manager instead of fixing my order, decided to argue about what was ordered. He wanted me to pay for what they gave me, even know it was not what I ordered. I asked him to refund the entire order. One of the guys in the back was yelling and swearing while the manager was arguing with me about the order. I can't believe that a company would allow their business to be run in such a poor manner.

Jerk at the drive thru. He shouldn’t be working with people if he can’t talk to them with respect. Plus they didn’t get my order right.

The dude at the drive thru is very rude. He gives attitude when you want to add to your order. We left and didn’t order anything there.
Hire better people.

I got breakfast here, a COMBO to be specific, i only received my burrito and drink, my burrito had a hole through it and clearly wasn’t wrapped. the food was cold. and service was more of trying to get us through fast not being accurate with food . 1/10 wouldn’t recommend

Parking: Employee incredibly rude the manager this morning on 28 January 2025 was incredibly rude to me as I am waiting in their parking lot for DoorDash orders to become available and I am walking my dog on the edge of their parking lot over by the shrubs so that he can go to the bathroom I told this employee that I would clean up any mess that this dog made and this employee continue to harass me and then watch my vehicle as I left. Rude as hell. We were not bothering anybody. I was letting my dog go to the bathroom in the shrubs not on your building. My dog was going to the bathroom outside like any other animal. Is he going to harass the local wildlife for pooping and peeing outside where they are supposed to? I did not bring my animal into the store with me. I was letting him use the bathroom outside. This employee made me incredibly uncomfortable, watched me as I was, putting my dog back into my car, and then proceeded to stare at me as I drove away. Doesn’t really give me an air of you are welcome here.

This place was horrible. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Staff was rude, floor was so so sticky, garbages were overflowing, wait time was insane. They threw our ticket out on accident, didn’t ask why we were still waiting, didn’t apologize, and took ten more minutes to make one Biggie bag.
