I only gave us a three-star because of management not because of the employees the employees were busting their asses and I only say management because management should know they need to get more people in there they need to hire more people that is one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to maybe they should buy the rest of the building and make it bigger

Do not stop on a Sunday. They are a bunch of air heads with no time management. They had 8 ppl working we walked in and order 2 coffees, 2 donuts and 2 sandwiches nothing special. No one else was waiting but us and they forgot we even ordered. Left without our sandwiches. Won't be stopping before church ever again

This Duncan is hit or miss with their service. I usually get pretty good service but occasionally do get a worker that forgets items from my order or they get overwhelmed and aren't very pleasant. I enjoy stopping here in the drive thru because it's on 104 and convenient on trips to the city. I can't complain much though and will continue to come back as long as the prices allow me because let's be honest, buying anything these days will kill your purse or your wallet or both.
Not sure about the Atmosphere as we did a mobile order take out! Coffee was on dot as usual!

ordered a matcha latte and they just gave me a coffee. Seocnd time this has happened TODAY! Ordered a chai earlier at a dunkin close to this one and same thing happened. Paying over $6 for a drink I don't even like meanwhile coffees r like $3. ? love this dunkin and have never had a bad experience but omg it's frustrating, had someone else pick it up so I couldn't go back to get a new drink.
