So I will be calling corporate on the manager.She was very rude to me and disrespectful.She could have said it a little nicer saying hey, you might want to wait down there cuz.If you stand here, everybody's gonna see what you want.Maybe the cashier should have told me that in the beginning.But the manager is very rude here.I would not recommend going here.And I will be calling corporate on the manager, but this cashier lady was very nice

Drove through the drive through, ordered three sandwiches and they only charged me for two, specifically repeated that we needed 3, then the girl ordered the wrong drink when we asked for a specific drink, needed to repeat things like 4-5 times. All to get my order wrong and my 2 cup full of ice and a drop of juice for $8 . The kids hash brows were completely cold. I called to speak to the manager Tory, wow she’s amazing providing customer service, she did not care to hear my complaint, she did not allow me to speak, she made excuses for everything and then she asked what she could do for the drinks I asked to come back later to get drinks how we did order and she Spazzed out and told me she was not going to give me two free drinks for putting extra ice. I told Her to have a better attitude and provide better customer service because she must of woke up with a horrible attitude. Clearly did not care. It is very hard now a days to find anywhere especially food places with good customer service.

I ordered the golden hour refresher last week and when i ordered it i got mocked and laughed at for saying “golden hour” from the drive thru worker “Amanda” . And received a plain mango pineapple. She then laughed at the person In the car behind me after.

I have often heard my older children say, don’t go to Dunkin’ on 104, go to the one in top plaza. Well I see why now; I blame these poorly filled and frosted donuts on the manager. How can you let the appearance of these donuts be sold. It is the manager’s responsibility to assure every product sold be the quality that represents the Dunkin’ brand name.
I only gave us a three-star because of management not because of the employees the employees were busting their asses and I only say management because management should know they need to get more people in there they need to hire more people that is one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to maybe they should buy the rest of the building and make it bigger

Good breakfast sandwich choices. They let you select whatever type of bread you want on the sandwich. Fair prices. Nice seating area to eat in or while you're waiting for your order. Lots of staff taking orders and prepping food. Very quick service.
