When I visited this magical place, I was enthralled with the magnitude of the incredible menu. They even offered a fantastic looking holiday pie, which was absolutely decadent with delicate flavor. Hannah was outstanding and super helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was sublime. I can't even laud her enough on her excellent customer service. She deserves a raise and an unfathomable amount of merit!

I ordered a regular coffee with cream on the mobile app. I waited a half an hour for it at the counter. Pathetic. Then I foolishly tried ordering from this awful location again. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app at 10:50am. Yes I know ten minutes before they stop serving but they should be serving until 11am. I drove out of my way to pick up my food and they canceled my order because they didn’t feel like making it. The management needs to be evaluated at this store.

I always check order before leaving drive thru. Guess now I'll have to open up every item to make sure every item has what it's supposed to on it, like the burger. These people want an outrageous amount of money to do a low skill menial job and can't even get get a simple order right.

I ordered a big Mac, no onions. And was given a big Mac loaded with onions. I took it back up front. The front counter was awesome. They took right care of it for me. But the real rock star of the evening was Connor as he made me the best big Mac I've ever had. He more than made up for the mistake. I'm serious when I say Connor made me the best damn big Mac I've ever had in my 46 years. Well done brother. And thank you.

I ordered a chocolate shake through the app. When I arrived they couldn't make it for me. I asked for a refund. They said I had to do it through the app. I have gone back and forth multiple times with support and all they have offered is a replacement shake. Do not use the app for items that might be unavailable like ice cream and shakes.

8:50pm 1/3/2025 - No one in the dining area eating, only several cars in drive through and we were at the counter waiting to order. Only one order on the board that the staff was working on.No one working even looked in our direction at the counter / cash register. (Can’t go to the drive through as our truck is too tall to drive through.) After waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes - I yelled to the back - THANKS FOR TAKING OUR ORDER and left. This location always seems to be slow and short staffed most of the time. Hope the owner can afford to have customers walk out.

About 2 weeks ago I complained about a worker coming to the window to feed a dog with a handful of meat. The dog drooled all over his gloves. I was next in line and wondered if he changed his gloves. Yesterday I ordered a steak bagel sandwich and I got a bacon bagel sandwich with a big bite out of it already. When I asked to talk to a manager or get a phone number, I I was told no they wouldn’t give it to me. I asked for their name they would not give it to me. I know the place has a new owner and if they don’t have cameras in there, that would be the first thing I did

Went here twice on our visit to the area first time inside was ok took a while. The 2nd time through drive thru it took 10 mins to fix a ice coffee it seemed they were out of coffee then they forgot our chicken sandwich. Fries were soggy and old my fry was sitting in the bag no sleeve. Nuggets were burned. Do not recommend to anyone you would probably get fresher food from speedway next door.

FRIES ARE BARELY EDIBLE probably been cooked AT LEAST 3+ times yet no salt you can tell they don’t clean the fryer. Dry, unsalted. The picture doesn’t do its justice. they accepted my birthday code I saw on the app, then told me it didn’t work happy birthday to me right. & I couldn’t use another one unless I wanted to wait 15 minutes. Staff were quiet. Beside that our mchickens were good.
