We went to this location on 6/20/25, and they gave me the wrong burger(I got past it until I found 2 black hairs) and because we were just trying to hurry and grab food before we went to pick up a package delivery order(if anyone does delivery for InstaCart or Walmart, ur aware there's a time limit that u have to pick up the packages, or Walmart will cancel on u) so we couldn't go back there last night. My daughter wanted a regular amount of mayo on her burger and they plopped a lot of it on her burger, and that ruined her appetite because it was greasy and sloppy. If u come to this location make sure u check to see if u have the right food and be careful of hair?

Took over 30 minutes for anyone to answervthe phone. Employees are disrespectful. They do not no how to construct a sandwich let alone wrap one correctly. They do not know know how to give fresh food and try to reheat fries and hash browns to serve. Over all this mcDonald's in ontario new york sucks and corporate needs to step in and fix the problems. Top prices for horrible food and service.

This is the SLOWEST DRIVE THRU ON EARTH
They canāt handle 3 cars. Seriously. If there is A car in front of you, prepare to engage āParkā on your car. Bring a book or a project to work on.
They take so long I should charge them to take the food. Time is money and mine is being wasted.
Iām gonna keep typing til the car moves. Been sitting here for 4 songs without moving. 3 entire cars are in front of me.
