You have 8-9 bartenders to serve such a small group of customers yet you leave them waiting 20+ minutes to be waited on? Basic. This is why the village of Hamburg can’t keep up with orchard park or east aurora

We visited Black Smoke for a couple drinks. The cocktails were exquisite and beautifully crafted. The bartenders were friendly and personable. At the recommendation of one of the bartenders, we ordered the hot garlic parm wings. They were so good - flavorful and perfectly crispy.

I went there with my wife and two other couples. The drinks were terrific. The food was horrible my brother had the $36 beef tips he said it was horrible and not much was on his plate when they served it to him. My son had the lobster rolls at $32 and said they were just okay. I had the smash burger. It had no taste whatsoever I had to add salt to it. My wife had the chicken sandwich. She said it was okay. The other lady had the chicken sandwich and said it was just okay. I could’ve gotten a better meal at McDonald’s. It is a one and done for all 6 of us.

I’m a 31-year-old adult with a valid, government-issued California ID, and I was refused entry because the staff apparently couldn’t comprehend that California IDs are a bit more flexible than other states. Instead of handling the situation with any level of professionalism, they treated me like a criminal.
I was forced to plead my case to multiple people just to prove I’m a grown adult — and then the owner himself had the audacity to shove me away and bark “you’re done, it’s a fake ID.” Not only was he completely wrong, but the arrogance and aggression he showed were unreal. No apology, no explanation — just pure attitude and ignorance.
This place doesn’t deserve your money, your time, or your attention. If you want to be humiliated, accused of lying, and physically dismissed for literally doing nothing wrong, then by all means, give Black Smoke your business. Otherwise, steer clear of this dumpster fire of a bar. Total clown show from top to bottom.

Wonderful sunset view on the rooftop. Chicken sandwich was A+. Chefs kiss. Pretzel bites were great. Manhattan and cloud9 margarita were great. 10/10

We sat upstairs on the patio. It was a hot, humid day. Our bartender was fantastic, suggsting drinks that were more refreshing. When we ordered a snack, it was the same, lighter foods. It was not crowded (Tuesday), so it allowed us the ability to talk. Every time we go, we really enjoy it!
