Outstanding service all around! Amazing food. Their fried chicken crunch sandwich is amazing. Jackie treated my family and I to some of the best customer service we’ve ever had. She was constantly checking in on us and getting refills of water etc. Overall, a great experience and I can’t wait to recommend this restaurant to other friends and family! BSG is great!

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Started off with the waiter clearly not knowing what to do or how to take orders. Then when receive the appetizer of Plato nachos expecting a full tray or plate of nachos to share with a whole table we receive a bowl big enough for a 3 year old toddler to finish. Then instead of taking our order our waitress decided to walk by us multiple times paying us no attention and finally when taking our order we proceeded to wait an extra 45 minutes just to tell us that they couldn’t make what we ordered and had to change the order. To add insult to injury we request a high importance nba game to go on the tv and instead of it being put it on we have now been waiting for 30 minutes and asked for it two times now. Would not recommend going to if your looking to experience anything other then the feeling of wanting to genuinely scrape your eyes out for your own enjoyment.

Heard "Wings".. I ordered 20, Med, to go. Also got their Special, Bacon Burger, LTO, w/Fries to go. I sipped a draft.
Saw they had a Oct Special menu. I got the Bratwurst in Bun, w/ items. Wow...I ate that there. Excellent.

Upon arriving about 50 miles home. I Ate the burger, some fries. Had a few Wings. Excellent.

Best Wings I have had so far.

They stayed moist for snacking, three days. Crisp Clean and Fresh. Just warmed up in microwave. Excellent.

Not stringy, dried, chewy or greasy. That is my first into todays service..

I just left them in container with sauce in frig. ?

This was my 1st time at BSG. Nice pub style menu. The food and appetizers we had were very good. Nice beer and drink options. We will be back, the next time I am in Buffalo.

The food is usually fantastic, the bar is very well stocked, the hand cut fries are absolutely amazing, the burgers are very juicy and cooked to order, and I'm always happy to come back. Definitely a great place to eat.

Parking: It gets VERY busy around the usual times, so plan ahead.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to worry about at all.

Great place to eat near Highmarl Stadium. Weight staff is super nice, and the food is mad cheap compared to chains. 10/10 would HIGHLY reccomend!

The food is always very good, prices very reasonable, service is excellent, chicken crunch salad and sandwich delicious, tasty fish fry and relaxed atmosphere. I always enjoy this restaurant. The only thing that could be improved is the acoustics - sometimes it gets pretty loud. Otherwise it's a go-to place to eat.

Terrible I wasn't able to give it 0 stars..horrible poor bartender was overwhelmed on a Tuesday night with half capacity. I'm sorry that my hamburger order was too much for you to handle LeAnn..and to tell my friends I'm not welcome back to bsg because I wasn't happy with with my experience..when I called to complain to management it didn't help. So what can we do to make bsg a better experience for customers..I admit I held bsg to a higher standard than what was provided

Chicken Parm sandwich is one of best sandwiches I have ever had.homemade pizza logs delicious. Our server(lea) was so friendly and attentive to our table.

Clean and professional staff. Very friendly. Food has always been excellent. Wings are Delicious and the menu has something for everyone.
