The best almond cake around! We are always very happy with our orders. This was a simple, gender neutral cake for a sprinkle baby shower. The cakes are always delicious.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I ordered a cake for my Thanksgiving dinner and my 80 year old grandma choked on a piece of a dirty acrylic finger nail. When I picked up my cake the owners daughter, Emily, had dirty fake nails on. I am disgusted. I also noticed multiple roaches crawling all over the store. STAY AWAY if you value your health!!!!!

Some of THE best baked goods around. Like anything you get what you pay for and if you want some of the highest quality baked goods around, this is it. In regards to the complaints about service, I'll say this: if you're in a hurry and being argumentative/degrading to the staff, and then have the audacity to leave a review complaining about the staff you just yelled at, i just assume you complain about everything and nothing is ever good enough. Treat others how you want to be treated and you'll never have a problem with service here.

was reluctant to leave a review before picking up my babies birthday cake because these people seem like the type of people to spit in your cake for a bad review but after the way i was talked to yesterday, i simply do not care. not sure if it were the owner or not but i called a week ago to inquire about a custom cake. i was told to come in within a week in which i did. im inside and filling out the custom order form with an older lady. she asks “were you given a price?” i said yes, i was told $72 or $72.99, cant remember. she laughed in my face and said “she wouldn’t have said .99”. adds everything up and says “oh….. you were right” maybe don’t treat your customers like idiots because you just lost out on 5 custom cakes a year for my children. i almost wanted to laugh in her face right back and walk out. will very much so gladly give my business to another bakery/cakery who appreciates it in the near future.

5 stars solely on the product. Presentation and taste are amazing. The cupcakes were enjoyed at our wedding. I do see the issues with the customer service though. I dealt with 3 people and 2 out of the 3 were fantastic and what you would expect. The one that seemed the elder out of the 3 was either having a really bad day or needs to stay away from customers. If I dealt with her on my first visit I would have left. Once she listened and understood that I was fine, and in there to finalize and pay for my fairly large order. Her attitude changed slightly but still subpar for the service industry.

My mom loves this place because the deserts were good. But we will probably not be going back since the service is so bad. It's sad to see a small business treat its customers poorly when you need to rely on the community around you to keep your business going.

Delicious desserts. Bought Wedding Cake slice, cinn roll, and dozen cupcakes.Service was blah. I was being very nice to whoever it was and she basically had zero personality. Was not friendly. After I read reviews I realized I was not the only one who thinks this. If you want to promote your business then better customer service is needed.

Today I called this bakery around noon to be sure they were going to open as I wanted to select some cupcakes and cookies to bring to a business associate's office. The lady who answered said they were just getting ready to open. Good enough. Upon entering another customer entered with me and I told him to go first as I had a large order. He did. Once he was finished, the young lady at the counter said, "what's your big order?" I said I wanted a dozen assorted cupcakes and a dozen cookies. While their cookie selection was limited because it was early and they were still baking, there was enough in the display for my purchase. Their counter had some individually wrapped cookies. I asked if those cookies had been baked on the premises. The young lady asked why would we sell cookies we didn't bake. I said because some bakeries do have individually wrapped cookies that were baked elsewhere. She seemed annoyed. I wasn't trying to annoy her, I just asked a question. The cookies were placed in two small bags. I asked if I could have one of the larger plastic bags behind the counter, as I wanted to make it as easy as possible to carry into the office the tray of cupcakes and the cookies. The young lady stated the bags were for larger orders. I said I had just spent $64. Isn't that enough? She went and grabbed a bag and was not pleased to do so. I told her that's ok, forget it, I won't be returning. My point is that if you do not want to greet and service the paying public, then don't. Get someone else to do it. It's a shame because their products look very beautiful, and it's nice to give small businesses my money. However, there are several other small business bakeries nearby in Hamburg, Orchard Park and West Seneca. I would never review their products in a negative way however customer service and simply being nice to people does mean something too.

Seen while driving by with my wife she insisted to stop here. Walked in with no one in shop. A few minutes later employee walked out and was like "O" like we had been bothering her from stuffing her face in the back. She then rolled her eyes and said what can I get for you. It's a shame because cup cakes are amazing.

PLEASE listen to your reviews and do better with your customer service. We walked in on a whim and was surprised to be greeted with a loud sigh. The young girl at the counter clearly doesn't want to work there and could care less about helping customers.
