Love the ice cream with my mixed in ingredients. Wish the interior was in better condition. Why the unpainted wall like this. Looks like they never finished the interior.

Emilee (I don’t think I spelled her name correctly) and Liam were 2 of the nicest employees I’ve dealt with! They were very helpful and soo nice! I was kinda miserable when I went in, but left with a smile on my face! Thank you to you 2! Thank you for making me smile! You don’t know how much I needed that! I will return! Plus your ice cream is amazing!

This location stated they are open until 9:30 pm and has posted hours confirming that time. They are the only Cold Stone in the Buffalo area at the moment. I drove out here from the northtowns (about a 25 minute drive) to pick up some ice cream and arrived at 9:15pm. Upon arrival, I was greeted by staff telling me that they were closing early due to their “system being down” (after watching them cash out another group who had just walked out. It’s one thing to close early for a legitimate reason; it is another thing entirely to lie to a customer so that you can go home early. A little bit annoyed that I drove 50 minutes total so the teenagers working could end their night early.
I haven't been to a Cold Stone creamery in years. Ice cream was fabulous as always. The staff were very friendly. The best part was that it is open late on a Sunday night in the middle of winter.

Over priced and the ice cream isn't even frozen , been twice and the staff say its because the freezers are broken. Go somewhere else dont waste your time or money here.
