Delicious!!!!! Came in today for the first time and we were all VERY happy with our food! My turkey sandwich on that cranberry bread was amazing, so fresh! Grain bowl and quiche were also delicious! The cherry oatmeal cookie was also delicious! Will definitely be back to try a scone, they looked amazing! Met the owner and her very adorable baby 🥰 Staff was great, so friendly and we felt very welcome! Great lunch date with my Mom and sister. Thank-You so much.

I got married last year, and Ginger Snap provided the cupcakes and mini cake that my partner and I split. She drove over an hour to get us the cupcakes, which saved us stress and time on our wedding day. Additionally, she went out of her way to perfect her vegan recipe for the cake my partner and I split. It was the BEST vegan cake I've ever had. One year later, I was counting down the days until our anniversary so we could enjoy that last piece of frozen deliciousness. We are so appreciative and highly HIGHLY recommend getting to Ginger Snap to enjoy the incredible treats they have to offer!

Full disclosure: I’m Sara’s mother-in-law, but I just have to share my absolute favorite lunch! If you get the chance, you have to try her sweet potato, goat cheese, bacon, and cranberry salad. I like to add her perfectly moist chicken for an extra touch. It’s topped with a homemade lemon-maple dressing that’s simply to die for. I make it a point to go in once a week for this dish—it’s that good! Just a heads-up: it’s a seasonal fall/winter offering, so be sure to try it before she switches things up for spring.

My wife and I cannot recommend Ginger Snap enough for wedding cake/desserts. Sara and her team were amazing to work with. Our wedding cake turned out better than we could have ever imagined, they nailed the vibe we were going for. Everything was delicious!

We used GSP as our wedding cake vendor and I could not be happier. From the tasting on Sara was nothing but amazing, communicative and professional. We had 2 sheet cakes, one chocolate with chocolate ganache, and one funfetti with a buttercream frosting. We additionally did a sweetheart red velvet cake and I am still dreaming about it. Can't wait to order again for our next special occasion!

Just discovered this place and WOW. 10/10 for their baked goods, especially the gluten free ones! The maple pecan GF scone was the best scone I’ve had in my life. And for it being GF on top of that? *chefs kiss*. The staff is super knowledgeable and patient with any questions too which is great. Highly recommend!! Again- to reiterate…my gluten free friends will have a TON of options here. A shocking amount really. You must go!

We used Gingersnap Patisserie for our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. We had a really nice cake tasting to pick our flavors and Sara was so incredibly helpful and nice. Our wedding cake and cupcakes were absolutely beautiful and delicious.

After a wonderful wedding cake tasting experience, my husband and I decided to book Ginger Snap Patisserie for our wedding on September 7, 2024.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with this bakery. They were super professional, communicative, and accommodating with exactly what we wanted. Our desserts were delivered on-time and in perfect condition.

Our cake was truly a dream come true and a beautiful spectacle at our wedding. Sarah, the owner, totally understood my vision and exceeded all expectations with the design of our cake. And it was absolutely delicious - rich and decadent!

We also purchased about 150 cupcakes in 3 different flavors, which received rave reviews from our guests. There was not one cupcake left at the end of the night!

My only (very minor) complaint is that I was told that there would be small signs displayed to label each of the 3 flavors of cupcakes. This unfortunately didn’t happen and would’ve been helpful for guests. Again, not a big deal but something for future brides to prepare beforehand.
