I love the different quiches every week! And the pumpkin cloud cookies are amazing!! The staff is always SO friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I sent Sarah a picture of a cake I saw on Pinterest for my daughter’s graduation from massage therapy school. The cake turned out beautiful and spot on with the picture I sent her and the taste was amazing! I went with the “crowd pleaser” with the American buttercream and I’m so glad because it was one of the best cakes I have ever had! We received many compliments about the taste and design of the cake!!!

I came in for the first time today. The lady behind the counter was very nice. I got four different items and so far they are wonderful. We haven’t had them all yet. Will definitely go back.

We got our wedding cake and pastry desserts from Ginger Snap Patisserie and OMG they were incredible. Seriously, this bakery's pastry cream is some of the best in the world. The whole process from start to finish was so effortless and easy and Sara was a joy to work with. The desserts looked and tasted delicious and our guests loved them. I would highly recommend this bakery for your everyday treats and special events! 10/10

Great pastries and custom cakes

Amazing job EVERY TIME! We have gotten all of our cakes from here for years now and have never had a compliment! They are extremely nice and helpful and will go right along with all your ideas to help make them a reality. Flavor is always great and designs are exactly what you ask for.

Five stars for their red velvet cake!!! Best we’ve ever had.

I stopped by with a friend for brunch. It was my first time and I don’t know how I’ve not heard of this spot before. First of all let me say it’s adorable inside. They have a few indoor and outdoor patio seats if you want to eat in. They have a small breakfast and lunch menu as well as a gorgeous assortment of pastries. I ordered the strawberry avocado salad with chicken, no cheese and an iced coffee. It was fresh and delicious with tons of toppings. The ladies here were the nicest people I think I’ve ever met. They were very good about working with special diets and allergies. A nice variety of gluten free desserts as well.

The breakfast sandwiches, pastry, and coffee are top notch, but that’s not the only thing that makes this place special. Every person I have encountered here has been friendly, kind, and welcoming- even when I have two rambunctious small children with me. You can tell that they take pride in their work. We love Ginger Snap!

My husband and I used the Gingersnap Patisserie for our wedding desserts. Sara was so accommodating and helpful, fitting us in just weeks before the wedding for a last minute tasting and encompassing our vision perfectly. She created the most beautiful wedding cake that was exactly what we wanted, small and simple, but elegant. (Will be sure to post pictures when received from our photographer). We also ordered a slab cake, mini tiramisus, pastry hearts, and cookies. It's rare for wedding cake to be that memorable, but we had people asking us the next day who made our desserts because the cake, and minis were so delicious! Huge thank you to Sara and the rest of the team who worked to give us such delicious sweet treats for our guests to enjoy!

I’m very disappointed.
First of all, the staff that morning was FANTASTIC. the girl behind the counter was nice and made my kids giggle here and there. The woman making the food and bringing it out speaks very well to customers.
So the food and goodies…so unflavored. But the caramel cheesecake literally tasted like lard..I spit it out. It was just weird. My side salad was greens and like 3 tomatoes..I was so confused. The dressing that came with it (oil I’m guessing) was just a very boring and bland flavored side. The other cheese cakes were just so unflavored, like something is missing. I didn’t even finish everything and I loveeeeee bakeries. Ugh, on a side note. Everything LOOKED gorgeous and the inside of the restaurant is super super cute. Might try again, might not.

Had the Best Chicken salad sand. There and the cinnamon rolls are to die for! Great lunch❣️
