Kaylena Marie's Bakery of Orchard Park

I went to Kaylena Marie’s bakery for the first time and I was really impressed with how many different things there were like cookies and brownies cinnamon roll etc. I ordered a brownie, chocolate chip cookie, and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was just ok it didn’t have much flavor and had too much cheese for my liking. The cookie and brownie on the other hand were delicious 5 stars for those😋.

Delicious sandwiches and baked goods! The pastry heart was my favorite! The frosting is not too sweet. Excellent customer service and very friendly. We will definitely go back to try the breakfast sandwiches.

everytime i get the breakfast sandwich, they forget the cheese. i’ve gave multiple chances with them too. $10??? not worth it considering how small it is

I went to the Orchard park location early in the morning and my experience was phenomenal. I called before I got there and was pleased with the experience I had over the phone as well. The staff is very friendly and the owners Josh is a very nice, down to earth and personable guy. We spoke for a few minutes before I left with my delicious cinnamon rolls. My girlfriend says they are the absolute best cinnamon rolls she has ever had and I 100% agree.

Thank you Kaylene and Josh for opening up an amazing bakery shop. We are going to be in there quite a lot.

I stopped in on Sunday and walked out due to the rude service before ordering.
I was excited to try this place but was overall disappointed.
By reading some of the reviews I can see by the replies from the owner as to where the rude behavior comes from.
There is no excuse, whether you are in a rush, for being rude.
I definitely do not recommend this place.

When I visit my family in Buffalo, I always stop at Kaylena’s everything is delicious! I highly recommend Kaylena Marie’s bakery! My favorite pastry was the almond ring, but they stopped selling it. PLEASE, PLEASE bring it back!

You close at 2:30 every day and are closed on Monday. What is even the point? Lmao nice grand opening, absolute waste of my time.

I had a wonderful experience at this bakery with my mom on Sunday of opening weekend. The counter service with franchisees owners, the younger women working the counter, and the GM were all so welcoming and friendly. The food was fantastic as always. I even went back to the counter to tell them how good my cappuccino was. Come to find out from staff that the head business/bakery owner regularly berates the female employees, leaving them in tears and hates it when the female staff stand up for themselves, all under the watchful cameras inside. I have been a regular at Kaylena’s since the village of OP days, I would walk from my very first apartment. Ladies do not let toxic men treat you like 2nd class citizens.

Absolutely delicious. I went here with my father in law and both of us hands down said the food was phenomenal! I had the artisan turkey sandwich and he had the buffalo wrap and both of them were fantastic. Also the coffee was incredibly well priced and there was plenty of flavor variety. Definitely will be coming back even if it's a bit of a drive for us.

I’ve never felt more unwelcomed in an establishment. The customer service was so unbelievably horrible I left. I was planning on eating breakfast there and doing some work, but I decided to take my food to go instead. As I ordered a breakfast item, the cashier told me they’re out of avocados so I asked if I could have spinach instead. She told me it would be an upcharge, and when I asked if she could just replace the avocados they don’t have for spinach, her response was rudely saying, “I guess.” The cook later came out asking if I just wanted a pile of spinach on my breakfast sandwich. After ultimately telling me she could sautee it she just walked away without saying anything at all. I’m sad because I’ve come here before and I love the atmosphere but unfortunately I will not be returning. So much for supporting local business- some customer service training would do them well.
