First time in the area for a Bills game- From Toronto, Ontario..was trying to find a place that was open for some food for after the game. Stumbled upon Kettles. We called from the car asking if we could do an order for pick up. They initially said they usually don’t do that on game nights and prefer people to dine-in. We mentioned that we were driving back to Toronto that night- agreed to make the wings and could pick them up in 20minutes.Did not realize they were a cash only and explained that I didn’t know if my bank card would work in their atm being from Canada- the lady that I was dealing with offered that I could venmo her the amount (Canada doesn’t have venmo) ATM worked. Wings were paid for. Service was great. Staff was very friendly. Wings were AMAZING. Will be a for sure stop every time I’m back on American soil.

Kettles is awesome! Best place to go to before a Bills game. Their hot wings are some of the BEST in Orchard Park and honestly Upstate New York. It's cash only so be prepared! Definitely recommend checking Kettles out!Parking: They offer parking to tailgate gate before Bills games

This would certainly classify as a "dive bar". You can tell that there are many regulars that visit the place, which can make someone visiting feel like an outsider. Pricing for drinks were higher than I expected. I was watching the bartender give shots away for $4 for top shelf, but I was being charged $8 for a draft beer. Seems a bit backwards, unless I was being taken advantage of. If I didn't order food, I would have left after the first drink as it wasn't a "welcoming" environment for a newcomer, certainly seemed to cater more towards the regular's. The food on the other hand was very good! The wings were very big and cooked perfectly. I would come back to get wings to go, but wouldn't stay for a drink.

This is my first time in Buffalo area. Was supposed to be tailgating with friends but ran up on this place. Why are the wings so good? Watching Bills vs Raiders. Great crowd. Both fans here. Bar backs are fast. Drinks are real.

Female bartender Friday night august 11th was incredibly rude. Told me she would refuse to serve me only because i had an out of state ID and she “doesn’t like them” demanded other forms of ID. Proceeded to gossip to other people at the bar about the encounter as if she was 12. Very unprofessional. Not coming back.
