Have waited over 45 minutes for just some dang pep pizza. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back. Haven’t even got my food yet. Just amazed how bad the service is.

Tried ordering online and couldn't get it to work multiple times. Store said their online ordering doesn't work. Wouldn't give me the deal. Had to order full price. Bait and switch. Is this legal?

Toppings and cheese didn't cover the pizza
Absolutely 0 stars. My pizza wasn’t even cooked. Flabby and practically raw dough,my whole family got sick immediately after even attempting to consume.from other reviews it sounds like they’re not very sanitary so I’ll be calling the Better Business Bureau to have their manager investigated because apparently being on your phone and serving dropped food items, and not wearing gloves,is how they run this business. Do NOT eat here.
Got a slices-n-sticks pizza, it was not cooked all the way. Called the location and was hung up on twice. They said Because I used the little Caesar’s app I was told that door dash should have check to make sure it was done prior to being hung up on. I said that it was their responsibility to cook it and they said door dash should be checkin. I said so they should put their hand in the pizza to check. They said yes. I guess they assume door dash should shove their finger in the pizza to make sure it’s done.

I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza from the orchard park location and it was delivered. The pizza was burned so bad I couldn't eat it. For them to knowingly give someone a pizza like this is beyond me. I'll never order from here again.

I ordered on line. I still waited 35 min after my slotted time. I was not impressed with the pizza. It was just off.

I just recently had to quit working here. The work ethic of this building is horrible. First off, I am 28 years old, I had applied to work full time. First and second week were good, got good pay. But then it hits the 3rd week in. They cut my hours practically down to, I wouldn't even call them part time hours. I was being scheduled to work only 1 day a week, for only 4-5 hours. My pay of $15.50/hour went to that of being paid as a high schooler when minimum wage was $7.25/hour. PLUS, the manager of the building does NOT care about your well being and safety whatsoever. On the day that a blizzard had come through Boston, the roads weren't touched or salted because the plows hadn't gotten to our area yet. I couldn't even get my car out of the driveway, let alone get the car to start. Plus, it took me an hour to get outside of the house because frost had formed inside the house on the door frame and snow had piled up to cover my entire door. I contacted my manager and said that I wouldn't be able to make it into work and she said "Just because there is a little snow doesn't mean you can't come into work, you have no excuse to not come into work." I sent her pictures and a video of what I was dealing with back home to prove my point of not being able to make it into work. She continued to say that it is not a viable excuse. So in a way she said that me coming into work is more important than my self being and safety, especially for driving in those conditions. So yeah, Little Caesars in Orchard Park, NY is not somewhere you want to work. Plus with how poorly they handle making their food, I had followed making the pizzas and everything else to the T with how I was shown in the training video, they don't wear gloves at all, they don't clean at all, and any ingredients that are dropped, I saw them put it on the pizza and just push it through the oven. And to add the cherry on top, the MANAGER just sits in the back on their phone while it's during the lunch and dinner rush. She even wrote me up for a verbal warning just because I did a task I was given without her knowledge. So people, from an ex-employee of Little Caesars, do not take my words lightly, this location of Little Caesars is not good at all, they barely care about their customers, and they definitely don't care about their employees.
Edit: I had forgotten to add this in while posting this review, any of the food that was expired, I was told to leave it in the box because the customers will still buy it. Just let that sink in.

The food is good for low priced, fast food style pizza. I like the crazy puffs a lot.
Parking: I asked what came with the crazy puffs special, and one employee looked at the other for an answer. The second employee said, "You have to ask so-and-so" (another employee). So neither of the two people at the front register taking food orders knew what came with the special being advertised on the screen directly over their heads. And one of them looked like a manager. The food took a long time to prepare. Several people were in there and there seemed to be confusion over how to pick up orders. Good snacks, relatively low price, but poor service all the way around.

I ordered a pizza that was on special for 9.50, I got 2 of them and they double charge me, I also got 2 crazy bread that was on special for $6 and I got overcharged. When I complained about the screw up I wanted the bill corrected and to be refunded the overcharge portion of my bill. I waited 25 more m minutes for my order, and I was told they canceled my order.
This incompetence is unexceptable! This location is terrible, it should be shut down
I waisted all that time there and missed the bills game.
I never had to wait 40 minutes for a hot n ready pizza before, these guys in there are all slow.
I will not be ordering here anymore. I encourage anyone reading this not to either, there is a reason little ceasors shuts down in multiple locations, the service sucks and it's manned by people that don't know what they are doing.

I ordered a LARGE cheese & peperoni with an 8 piece MILD wings. I was told that it would be about a 20-30 minute wait. Not very hot and ready if you ask me. When going to pick up the pizza I was not greeted. Employees were having a conversation that seemed to make them forget that they were in a professional environment. They charged me for a large cheese and pepperoni, I received a small 14" pizza which was extremely soggy. On top of that, they gave me Buffalo wings that tasted microwaved and they weren't crispy at all. The total cost for this disaster of a pizza dinner was $20.06. Very disappointed, I will not be ordering from this one EVER again. Such a shame. Little Caesars is usually my go to pizza place in any other town but apparently not in Orchard Park NY. 👎👎👎
