I don’t think the manager, who was hosting, was all too friendly because her tone was pretty condescending when we walked in. Pretty long wait for service, loud music caused a loud environment because people were yelling just to be heard, the burger and chicken sandwich were very good though.

I have to be honest I don’t like to go out for a hot meal and then somebody comes and serves me a cold steak. You can comp all the meal you want chances of me going back or slim.

Will never be back here. Kevin, I believe the manager. Is terrible. Beyond rude. We called ahead and said that we had a party or 8 for my grandparents anniversary. And he said we didn’t need to reserve a time and to come on in. When I got there and said that to him he said 2 more parties of 8+ came in ahead of us without calling and we had an hour wait. Not to mention when I tried explaining we called ahead and he said not to worry about it he had a horrible attitude to say the least will never be back. I recommend going to any other location

Poor service. We had to ask for several things, salad beverage refills, bread, a spoon,a straw, broccoli was half raw. We called for 4 o'clock seating
Tried to book a reservation for 14 people last week for 22st birthday today, they said no reservation allowed, its against policy, just call an hour before. Called one and half hours before and no answer, tried 5 times and last time on phone for 25 minutes. Called Outback Steakhouse McKinley at 6pm for a table for 14 at 7pm they said no problem! Stupid policy, just lost good table and frequent diners!
