Came for date night, was not disappointed! Server was excellent, drinks and food were fresh and plated professionally. We’re especially big fans of the shrimp appetizer but I’m so excited to see the lamb chops back on the menu!

Compared to that "down under" place, steaks were good. I prefer the "down undèr's" seasoning. Don't order the Longhorn mushrooms. Over all , see you down under.

I understand it’s Valentine’s Day and you guys were busy but there’s no excuse when I order a well done steak and when I open my container the whole cow walks away

I went to this Orchard Park, NY location a few times. 6pm. Not busy. Walk in and was seated quickly. Waitress came, introduced herself, asked us what she can get for us for drinks. My wife ordered water with lemon. My wife and daughter ordered soda. She came back with water, no lemon. No problem we'll get next time. Ordered our food, ate bread. Salad came. My Ceasars salad came with no dressing (I know, how did that happen) other salad came with dressings, no problem, I ate anyways. Food came. My daughter ordered her steak medium rare, came as requested. Wife ordered her steak medium, came as requested. I ordered steak medium, came well done. I'm not the type to complain to waiters/waitress. I ate my steak with alot of soda. Mash potatoes, very good. Shrimp camp good and not salty as usual. My complaint is that the few times I came to this location, mine or someone else in the group steak was always well done or dry. Waitress brought refill of soda without me asking. I most likely WILL NOT be going to this location again. Two other points; 1) I went because I have a few gift cards to use and 2) Although I'm not pleased with my Steaks on few occasions, I always give a minimum of 20% tip. Waitress still served us well.

Food was absolutely horrible I haven't been there in 3 or 4 yrs and it was not the same do disappointed will never go back. Food came out sitting in a bed if grease and butter quality of everything was horrible. If it wasn't for the nice waiter I would have left as soon as the plate was set down on the table.

The food was great as usual. There were a few things they did not have, they were out of root beer, they stopped offering the garlic parm fries and they were out the the advertised knife sets they were offering, which i wanted n wasnt able to get at this or the last long horn i ate at. They seem impossible to get.

I broke a tooth while eating there, was told the GM would call me the next day 3 days ago. They obviously don’t care about their patrons if they can’t even make a simple phone call. Now I have to get a crown on my tooth which if anyone knows dentistry a crown is far from cheap. I will never step foot back in this place ever again.

Hostess was so incredibly rude, I have never see anything like it. Restaurant completely empty and we were told we could not sit at the bar or get a table….there were zero customers in the entire place. It was bizarre and awkward
