Seems things are slipping here. The menu, the dishes, the ingredients---not the same as a short time ago. Was disappointed with the broth bowls. Nice broth, but you had to hunt for the veggies. Prices went up too. Was shocked at how dirty the floors and front windows were. Didn't want to touch the door. May not be back.

Lobster Mac was like someone poured a can of lobster bisque over noodles … barely any lobster.

Mac and cheese was watery, bland and fake tasting. Would not recommend

Great soup and sandwich. You get to try the soup before you choose which one you want. My daughter and mine favorite lunch spot

Went last night and the place was busier that I would have expected. The young ladies working were doing their best but needed more people there. My order was completely wrong but was good none the less.

I ordered a Caesar Salad and Chicken Pot Pie soup. As I got home and opened everything up I see moldy Parmesan cheese on the salad and I found a bone in the soup. I have had Zoup before and have never had an issue but today was not good. I have emailed the contact info from the website also about this.
