Worst service experience. Sat down and waited more then 20 minutes before anyone approached our table. A large table sat down after us and was waited on, before us, when come to find out same waiter. Ordered our drinks and apps, waited another 20 mins or more till our drinks came. Our dinner order was taken and then asked if we wanted bread. Waited 20 minutes and our dinner came. No apps. Got the excuse of he had 2 exams that day. Took a while for dessert menus. Ordered after dinner drinks and weren't given what was ordered. Food was great. Service Sucked

Wait time was good, server overall did a good job, he offered desert but failed to offer coffee or tea at the end of the meal. My wife ordered Veal Milanese but received Veal Piccata. Brought it to the servers attention he insisted she ordered Veal Piccata and made no effort to replace or comp the meal which was lukewarm warm at best. Ordered Chicken Parm, the chicken is right out of a SISCO box, tough and tasteless. Side of spaghetti: pasta was properly pre-paired but the sauce is acidic and tasteless there are jarred sauces that are much better. (Rao's) The quality of food in this restaurant has truly gone down hill the last couple of years it's like they're going for quantity of meals served rather than quality of food served. I would describe it as buffet quality food at best.

Have came to Mangia for many years and ever since Covid the food quality and service has declined and prices have increased too much. You wanting to charge $56 for a special is fine. However, don’t skimp on the reduction sauce and keep scaling down tiny seabass filet. The lobster ravioli has no lobster in it and zero lobster on top anymore. Now they must strain out the lobster sauce to save money. Service was absolutely horrendous. In addition, they must think they’re in nyc now with $13 glasses or $10 bottle wine. Won’t go back for a while.

Food was Very Good and our waiter was attentive! Wish they put a little more sauce on the pasta. Wine selection had many options. Definitely will go back to try other dishes.

Parking: The Mussels Appetizer & Linguine Scampi were both very good

Kid-friendliness: More of an adult decompression atmosphere. Friends gathering would be enjoyable as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Easy access.

Everything was great until our pizza arrived. The dough appeared to be like a “boboli” store bought. It had holes on the underside that were machine made. I just don’t quite understand how they could offer a pizza like that? If you can’t make a real dough- just take it off the menu.

Terrible food and prices are outrageous!! If you're looking for the best Italian food go check out Illio Di Paolo's!

I see your restaurant posts about family value as it states “hiring come grow with us” Unfortunately that seems like a false statement due to you firing one of the best waitresses you had for having one bad day, life is hard lately due to the economy and instead of giving your employee a warning for having one bad day, (because god forbid she’s human) you decided to let her go. You will continue to keep hiring for how poorly you treat your staff. It’s bosses like this who ruin restaurants due to how they treat their hard working employees. Also I have been there twice the first time I got incredibly sick after eating your lasagna but I decided to give it a second chance due to knowing this said waitresses. After my experience with her I enjoyed my food and my experience, it was a complete turn around. Now knowing how poorly you treat staff I won’t recommend Mangia going further.

Couldn't be more disappointed to be honest. My girl wanted to go here & she made reservations for seven ..We got there ten minutes early and were told to go have seat at bar. The hostess said she would come and get us.. We finished our glasses of wine while watching her circle around us maybe three times for twenty-five minutes..Never once made any eye contact, nor made any attempt to seat us.. If I could give the establishment a zero I would.. We went to another restaurant & we greeted & seated upon arrival & no reservations ~

As always, Mangia does not disappoint. Our only critique is the service time. We waited ages for our drinks, for our server to take our order and had to get up and request the bill long after we had finished dessert. The service itself was great, friendly and professional. Food was delicious. The tortellini is the underdog as our server noted, it has a light cream sauce and crispy meat—filling yet light.

We also enjoyed the pistachio cheesecake paired with the vanilla ice cream and wow, what a delight!

Kid-friendliness: We were able to bring our stroller in with no issues!
