Food was delicious but service was RIDICULOUSLY slow. I was there with my elderly parents & it took 1 1/4 hrs to get our food!!! over 2 hrs to finally get check & there were only 3 tables filled in dining room. Will not be back if you can't hire more staff.

Absolutely wonderful staff. My family dines out a lot and I haven’t seen such incredible service in a while, from the hosts to the server. Our server, Wilanny (sorry if that’s not the correct spelling) was amazing. Truly made the whole experience incredible from start to finish. Also, my sea bass was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Our server recommended the tiramisu and we were not disappointed. She was so enthusiastic about her recommendations and was spot on. Thank you!

Hi, My husband took me to have my birthday dinner at Mangia's. My two children came too. The food was very good, but I wanted to make sure that anyone who orders the "SPECIAL" understands that IT DOES NOT MEAN THE ENTREE IS CHEAPER. In fact, I ordered the "SPECIAL" that night and it cost twice as much as what I thought it was. I ordered the sea bass with risotto. It was $56. The price above the sea bass said $29. That is what I thought it was. PLEASE ASK THEM WHAT THE PRICE IS. When I called to complain, they told me that the price was dependent on the market value of the fish. When the manager asked me what they could have done differently to resolve this problem, I told him that the waitress could have let me know the price before I ordered it. I'm sure that they would have known at that time.We spent well over $300 that night and I felt like they made no effort in compensating us.Also, If you are planning on bringing a cake (as we did), know that they charge $1. for each slice they cut. Also, the entree does not come with the salad. We paid an extra $8 to $9 for each salad. Not sure if I will be going back!

Pretty busy on weekends service can be pretty slow. Food is good definitely order their pastas as they are made with lots of creativity and flavor. One of the better italian spots in NY.

Everything was okay except for the meat. For the price you pay, you would expect the meat to be fresh but instead the meat was really dry. Definitely would not recommend this place to others. To over priced for dry meat.

I was very disappointed as a return customer. We had a party of 6. Our waitress was amazing. But the food was horrible. I ordered the chicken Parmigiano. The plate had over cooked pasta tons of sauce and 2 pieces of dry as a bone chicken. The cheese on top was like plastic. My mom's 75th we were celebrating and we ended up leaving and grabbing a pizza on way home. Unfortunately we will not return. Food quality is real bad. It used to be my favorite place.

Food was delicious. Out here from Oregon and was happy to visit this place with family. Portions are large. Flavor is great. Worth the price! Definitely recommend for a delicious? Italian meal. It's hard to find good Italian like Nonno used to make. I got the Linguine Aqua with large shrimp, the tang of the artichoke hearts, the acidity of the cherry tomatoes, and the garlic and oil sauce, I was not disappointed. The Pasta Fagiolo was delicious. Multo bene!Parking: The lot was full, but there is street parking and we parked in an adjacent lot where the business was closed for the day.Kid-friendliness: Asked for crayons to color on the table (paper [brought them out with a kid's menu we didn't originally receive, but I encourage adults to color too!]), can make any noodle type with any sauce and have off-menu chicken strips.

We had a fantastic experience at Mangia tonight!!!! Our server Wilyana (sp?) was probably the best server I have ever had. All of our appetizers and entrees were flavorful and very generous portion size. 2 glasses of wine, salad, appetizer, pizza and three entrées, and dessert were only $140. We can’t wait to go back!!!

As always, Mangia did not disappoint. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful either at the bar or at the tables in the dining room or on the second floor. The food is exceptional and the service leaves nothing to be desired. We always love going here. Best place in Orchard Park.
