The staff at this location are friendly, professional, and dedicated to your order. Faith and her team, especially Aaron, go out of their way to make every customer feel special and their business appreciated. The negative reviews on here are unwarranted or from years ago with a different group of employees.

This is my go to MOES, my kids and I love it here, my 5 year old knows the employees by first name. Aaron Rodgers is always so kind and happy and greets you with a smile despite a mile line long. My daughter goes to this location just to see Aaron, they dont make hard workers like him in the younger generations anymore. Thank you Aaron for always making our families experience awesome, we appreciate you and all the staff at this location :)

There was a rat in the restaurant. As well as kids and customers going inside the back of the kitchen. Never will go again to this location. They need a health inspector to teach all the employees health and safety again.

Aaron working the register for door dash orders is rude, arrogant and condescending. Will not come here for a meal or recommend. I’d rather drive to Hamburg where workers are hospitable. No name tags so unsure of name. Unprofessional.

Moe's you have really slipped over the years. My burrito had a ton of rice and only a bit of chicken. Mixed yesterday's wilted lettuce with today's fresh in front of me. No napkins in dispenser, everyone had to ask at the counter. Missing some salsas. Drink machine ratios were off. The general malaise of the workers was palpable - long way from the old 'welcome to Moe's!' days.

The burrito is got was so good!!!! The queso though kinda tasted like plastic so wasnt really impressed with that. The burrito though id definitely say was 10x better than Chipotle.

My order was an online order. I ordered the homewrecker rice bowl. I couldn't find any actual pieces chicken, just a few crunchy crumbs with absolutely no flavor. The thing was absolutely floating in sauce, it was disgusting! Chips were flavorless with no salt. Asked for a container of green salsa, but only received red. Last but not last, my husband found a hair in his food. He wears his hair very short, so there's no chance this 5 inch piece of hair was his. Only thing I can say that was good was the queso, but unfortunately good queso will not bring me back here again! I cannot comment on the staff as I only ran in and picked up my order. Never ever be back!

Ordered ahead for pick up, had to get it at the counter instead of being able to grab it myself, so that took a while since there was a line. Food is good though

The first girl in the blue shirt couldn’t be bothered to be there. Just huffed and puffed the entire time while taking the order. I ordered the BLT quesadilla. And she proceeded to tell me that they are all build your own so you can pick whatever you want. I stated I wanted the BLT quesadilla as advertised on the sign. And she went ahead and wrote down build my own. It needs to have someone in there supervising them that is over the age of 18. I don’t think there was a person over the age of 17 there this evening. Truly disappointing. I do not recommend Mose in Orchard Park.

This is a snapshot of a steak bowl. I did ask for small rice and I don’t do all the veggies. The steak looked like processed junk, the bag weighed more than my meal. Having to wait for my single bowl while an online order of 3 items not even started is a never again for me. Adios Moes.
