First time at this location and the work crew needs some lessons on cleaning. The entire place was dirty. No clean tables, trash all over the floor, the garbage was disgusting with no lid on it. Counters by the soda had trash all over and were disgusting. Gross.

Quite unimpressed - we went there for a buy one get one free entree coupon we had. I ordered a Burrito- it was very stingy on the ground beef and the entire Burrito was totally bland tasting even though it was pretty well loaded up with extras. We had been there before and I do not recall it being so plain. We will probably not be returning- even if another coupon arrived.

Ordered a double chicken burrito added steak and queso on it. It was 19$ which I’m not upset about. But the PORTION SIZE WAS TINY! To pay over 19$ for a tiny burrito is ridiculous. I asked if that was double and I was told it is even tho it was tiny. Also there was barely any queso on it. Terrible. Won’t be coming back for a burrito that’s for sure.

I was there yesterday for lunch around 2 pm. The garbage can was full, the counter where you det the salsas was dirty, cilantro rice was crunchy and the chips were not as good as usual. What happened? Everything is usually so good here. Please correct these issues. I love this place.

Careful, tonight I spoke clearly and said “burrito with chicken please” followed by the usual order and at the checkout the “bag it up lady” says, “White meat chicken, burrito no queso”. I corrected her and said, “I asked for chicken, I didn’t say white meat only.” She looked confused and back and forth with the cashier, walked away. I repeated my statement to the group, and no one said anything, I said, “I guess I will pay the extra dollar that would have been your tip.” Food was good as usual, staff do better!

Always clean and friendly. It can be difficult to reach a unanimous yes between our 4 kids when deciding on dinner. Moe’s in OP checks that box.

Don't order delivery, they changed us $8 for 2oz of Guac and $8 for a almost empty cup of queso. Last time we order from this restaurant

I've done a few mobile orders and the food is always ready on time and tasty. I asked for a bowl for salsa otherwise I waste time not eating their food on putting salsa into 20 small containers.

The food storage containers behind the counter had juice and food slopped all around. Many workers ( all very young) did not know the ingredients for each dish. The guacamole serving container looked like it had many pieces of other food sticking out of it!!
The counter between the soda machines had sauces and food debris all over it.
It was disgusting. This was my first time ever in this establishment. I was saddened by my experience.
