Micheal was a great bartender and the food was great

First, the building is beautiful and we'll laid out, and the atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant! The service was good, and the food was great! The prices were what you would expect at a very nice but casual restaurant. I went upstairs to the banquet rooms just to take a peek and was very impressed! 3 rooms with beautiful but slightly different atmospheres. I'll be back! Oh yeah, the Sports bar has an enormous TV for watching sports; actually 2!

Gorgeous building. The cauliflower wings were amazing and the Winter beer was very good! Our server, Brooke was awesome. Once small hiccup with our order, but it was immediately fixed by the staff. After we ate, we had another drink at the bar and the bartender was also very friendly and attentive.

Our server Shea was great, food was good, drinks were fantastic!

Our server Maddy was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledgeable and took really good care of us! The food was delicious and promptly served! We will return!!

Maddy was our waitress and she was lovely, attentive and helpful! The food was fabulous and we enjoyed the atmosphere and our night out!

Large beautiful building. Very cold if you sit near the large windows. Beer came in goblets, don’t know how this ever got started beer should be in a 16 oz. glass for $8.00 plus. Ordered a burger cooked medium (10 oz.?)off the menu. It came on a very small roll. Each side of the roll was piled with toppings. There was no way to pick this up and eat it, and trying to cut in in half just made it an absolute disaster. As I took my first bite the outside of the burger was chared and the inside was raw and refrigerator cold. They did offer to re cook it for me, but I pased. Probably won’t return, lots of other places to try…….

We went on a Friday mid-afternoon, a party of 3. Seating was easy, we had a large window booth. The beer selections were wide enough so most people can find something to their liking. The food was good. A beef on weck was tender and juicy,coming with horseradish and a honey dipping sauce for sweet potato fries (an upgrade). An order of nachos with beef was very good. A large tray if fresh chips dressed with a good amount of seasoned beef, cheese, sour cream, etc. Overall, it was a good experience and will return again.

Great spot to watch the Bills game! 245 Windward Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127 - this NYBP is new to the area and is such a great addition! can't wait to go back.

Went there on a whim with a friend. Place was not overly busy. We sat at the bar. My issue was the bartender Jared. No clue what his deal was but he copped an attitude when we asked about 2 different beers (our first time there and looking for something lite). Jared pointed to the menu, stated "Thats lite. Do you want it?" After several minutes, my friend and I went to order appetizers- I motioned to get Jared's attention. He looked at me and then just proceeded to go to the other side of the bar to talk with another customer for approximately 6min. While waiting, we were able to place an order through a different bartender. Food was decent but Jared needs to at least play the game if he's going to deal with the public. One and done for us.

Love NYBP but hate driving all the way out to Lockport so was excited to have this location closer. We went for lunch during the week so there was no wait. The place is beautiful and food was all delicious. We had the chicken wing dip as an appetizer and it was so good we couldn’t get enough. I had the harvest panini and pumpkin spice White Russian to drink, which were part of their seasonal menu that I look forward to every year. Will definitely be back!

We booked my daughter’s baby shower there a few weeks ago . I am a business owner and have never written a negative result about another business. We had approx 60 ppl at the shower and they had one waitress who was running all over the place attempting to do her best . My guests , a few who are restaurant owners could not believe guests were clearing their own plates ect .. Kevin the owner assured us we would be in good hands .
Jordan who was the supposed person in charge was visible when we arrived to set up and I saw her once throughout the 3 hours . I was looking for her several times to let her know the buffet had to be replenished , plates needed to be cleared ect .
She never once not once asked if we needed anything or if everything was ok . The only other time I saw her was when I asked for the bill and still did not ask if we were satisfied.
The 2 gals bartending conveyed to us how bad they felt with our experience but I did still tip them .
The bill was outrageous for 60 ppl and Kevin assisted in menu and drink options so we would meet the minimum requirements which in the end ended up being 1500 more than we were told by him and his former manager who was let go .
The day after the shower I msg via text and called for an entire week with zero response from the owner . Finally after a week he replied he would call Monday and I never received a call .
With this being said I would not suggest booking your event there .

Great time. Food was delish, service was great, very nice place.
