Panera Bread

Wish they still baked their items in house. Bread display was ugly and uninviting to purchase. The changes they have made make it look like they are going out of business. This is why only 3 stars. You'll never get more stars from me, until you improve what you did to the place.

I order soup for my granny and I needed soft bread for her to eat on the side. I ask for a croissant on the side and the manager tells me shes not allowed to sell me a croissant and there policy is to only use them for breakfast sandwiches..Hard to believe there's no way to buy a croissant from Panera BREAD unless it's during breakfast time. I'm laughing and pissed at the same time. Like,where's the hidden camera?

Tried the new chicken Roma Asiago bagel sandwich and it is seriously lacking for the price. Since panera changed their menu items about a year ago the portions keep going down while the prices keep going up. This sandwich is advertised as $7.99 which is a total rip off, I would say it's not even worth $5 and with door dash prices I paid over $10 for it! Also would like to add that I tried the new cranberry chicken salad sandwich recently too and that is just awful, bring back the napa almond chicken salad sandwich. I've noticed since all these changes were made the bread which comically enough being named panera BREAD they are always out of keeps getting thicker and thicker while the meat and toppings has gone way down. And per usual if something is wrong with your order don't bother calling to tell panera about it I've learned they never make anything right. Tonight I was between panera and Ilio Dipaolo's. I should have gone with the latter and had 3 meals from one item for the same price.

Probably the best Panera Bread experience I’ve had ever! Great people! Great ambiance! Good was delicious and fresh! The restaurant was almost 100% clean! Glad I stopped in today!

I asked for a mac&cheese in a bread bowl they said the large was a bread bowl. then I got my mac&cheese in a bowl and they said the bread bowl is more expensive and I would have to pay more even though that's literally what I asked and paid for.

I've ordered from here for delivery multiple times and nearly every time they forget some part of my meal. Last time I ordered a sandwich and everyone got their lunch but mine was not checked off on the receipt and not in the bag. Today I ordered through their app. It said delivery time estimate 1240pm. At 110pm I called and asked for an update on my order. I was told it was on the counter waiting for a delivery person. I asked when it says it was made. 30 minutes ago! I was told a 3rd party delivers and nobody had come yet. I ordered a tuna sandwich and other hot food. Who wants to eat a room temperature tuna and cold soup? I get that they use a third party but it's disgusting to think they were OK with my food sitting there for that long. By the time I was off the phone and decided on a refund, my food was there for 40 minutes. I was also told I could reorder. I asked for compensation for the fact I don't have time to reorder and wait and I won't get a lunch. They said the best they can do is refund me. Even throwing a $5 gift card would have been sufficient, but just blaming doordash isnt enough. They allowed the food to sit there without checking on it. This should be managed better.
