Had the fish and chips. Very disappointing, the fish tasted like it was freezer burned. Other than that everything else was fine.

It's a great location, well staffed and not to expensive for a sit down dinner. The menu is well fleshed out and the unlimited fries and soft drinks are a great deal.

Corporate forces them to cook the burger either medium well or well done. No medium, no medium rare or anything fresher than that. This is NOT a deal breaker, but it is worth at least one star.

Haven't been there in decades so I figured I'd give it a try. A lot of kids were there, bathroom and restaurant were not clean. My burger was not good at all and some of our food was cold. Service was good though.

Worst food I have ever gotten from them, wings not cooked all the way. bacon cheeseburger was ordered with no tomato, no mayo cheeseburger was covered with mayo top and bottom. Will definitely not be ordering again from this location. With it being chicken I don't need to get sick because the wings were not properly cooked. Lids not out on all the way on the food. They definitely have Gone down hill would you eat that bacon cheeseburger in the photo. The wings where like left over wings someone returned that where not cooked properly and they figured they put them in a to go order. Total of 76 dollar order never again. The only memory that happened with this food was to make sure I don't order from there again

Food and service was just OK. The host should probably learn how to go 5 minutes without texting on their phone at work, though. Every 30 seconds they kept excusing themselves from the front to text, leaving people to wait to be seated. Couldn’t even put their phone away while seating people, either. It wasn’t a work device because I could see clearly they were busy texting. As I left, they still had their phone in hand, texting at the front by the door. Not a good look. Politely suggesting the management watch the tapes back from this afternoon to see what I mean.

Was served a dirty plate with pink stuff stuck to it. The fries were cold when they were served and were not fried correctly. The Bathroom was the worst part, it was dirty and there is grime all over the bathroom sinks it was very gross.

Went there first time tonight very disappointed I always go to the one in Amherst but after moving to Hamburg decided to go here and was a major let down. Took forever for someone to take my order and for my food to come and the employees there disregarded my complaints the only nice person there who was actually helpful and listened to what I had to say was the manager with the long hair but besides from him the service was completing disgusting. I was excited because the reviews were high for this location, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were fake. WILL NOT BE COMING AGAIN.

Was busy and told 15 minute wait. We were called in like 5 minutes. Waiter was amazing and on top of everything and didn't wait long for our appetizer or our meals.

It’s Red Robin… no explanation necessary! Never a bad burger and it’s always cooked to perfection. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. We see the same servers here each time so I’d say turnover is low and everyone genuinely likes their job.

Had a great dinner with my grandchildren. Meal and service was wonderful also they had a gentleman making animals and different things with balloons. Highly recommended.

Got the scorpion burger. Was fantastic but careful if you're on first date. It can be messy.
