Nice place...busy often but moves quickly

Stopped by many years ago after a long, hot work day. The large ice cream was excellent although messy as it was so hot, it was melting faster than I could eat it. Next time I'll either get a waffle cone or a bowl.

The buy one, get one free cone for Father’s Day at Route 20 Ice Cream was greatly appreciated. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a treat. A thoughtful gesture and a great experience all around.

Ice cream was pretty good. Only complaint would be the brownies in my sundae were frozen.

So many ice cream flavors! The retro style was on point and the museum out back was one of the coolest ever! My kids loved seeing all of the older pictures, the vintage TV and games! So many neat vintage items!

Route 20 is great. Probably underrated. It has a ton of flavors. Their sundaes are awesome. Love the setting with the train and the old time garage. Our kids love getting ice cream here. Their shakes are a great buy too!

It is a fun little place. Lots of unique places to sit. You can sit in a train car or on a swing. And there is a garage filled with little things from the past. Like a phone booth, an old TV , a typewriter, and many other things. My kid's had many questions about the neat things they saw. It was fun to talk to them about how things were different in those times compared to now days.
The service was amazing! Always very kind and respectful. The fun flavors of ice cream made the whole experience a great one. We will definitely come back again!

Ice cream was fine and the service was quick. However, the rusty chairs and bikes should be replaced. Also, the caboose and garage in the back need to be cleaned.

I didn't have a good experience today. I was looking forward to my order and it was wrong. A little bit of ice cream with a tiny bit of whipped cream. Can you spare whipped cream? I guess no one pays attention anymore when taking an order. plus it was so expensive. I might as well buy a cow, freeze the cow, and put syrup on it for that price.
