What happened to the Spot we knew and loved? The Barista that took our order walked to the back and no one made our drinks. Our pound cake had no flavor. It was the pits. Very disappointing.

I frequent spot because it’s close to my house, it’s a good hang out spot but I honestly have never had a coffee I like here. Whether it’s normal coffee or espresso. The foods always been pretty good though and it’s a nice place for meeting up with a friend.

I don’t know if the workers were having a bad day but I just went there and ordered trough DoorDash to pick up. I wanted the bacon on the side for my bagel but the app didn’t let me put a note. I got there as soon as the order was place and ask the girl that was on the pick up area if she could tell in the kitchen to put the bacon in the side. She completely ignored what I said and send pe to do the cashiers line. Everyone around heard me and they were as confuse as I was. I repeated myself and the same happened again. I went to do the line ( everyone was placing orders no pick in up) As soon as I got in front of the line my order of course was already done. I explain to the cashier and she said the order is ready I can’t change anything cause it comes like this? It was a personalized meal. So I just left. I felt pretty ignored and that they just wanted to be done with everything. It was early in the morning. If they started the day with that mood; I can’t imagine later in the day.
