I came on a busy day and Miranda (I believe that was her name) was behind the counter. She was polite, patient, and efficient. I wanted to leave her a good tip but I did not have cash and the machine never prompted for one. Give this individual a Christmas bonus please

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to because of its convenience being within Target. But when my boyfriend and I had visited there last week, we had ordered and paid but something came up. Instead of notifying us right away about one of our orders not being available, they tell us after the fact we have paid already. I have worked in the food industry so I understand, but what threw me off was there wasn’t an apology made. Please, do better with customer equity!

This starbucks has the worst baristas ever they refused to serve us after standing in line forever. They walked out behind the counter and asked a girl behind us what she wanted instead.

My drink didn’t taste how it usually does, the service was TERRIBLE. I walk up to order my drink and everything goes smoothly besides the fact that the girl who took my order barely was paying attention to me… The girl making my drink spills it all over the counter before pouring the remaining amount into a new cup… I get my drink and it doesn’t taste great but I take it because I chose not to complain as the workers had already exhibited awful service. My order was a venti iced matcha with LIGHT ICE. I specifically said it twice. Then I take three sips and look in the cup because my drink is gone. Look at how much ice was in the cup in my photo below! My sister is a barista at an ACTUAL starbucks and I’ll be sticking to that one from now on. Bad experience all around.

Starbucks in target. Got here at 10:10 am. Got in line, stood there about 5 min. Lady at the counter then tells us the customer in front of us was the last customer. What?! Maybe they should have told us when we got in line not after we stood there waiting. If we had been told right away it would have been fine but I hate having my time wasted.

After stocking up on my weekly supply of pregnancy tests, vodka and cough syrup at target I stopped for a coffee. The 14 shots of espresso I ordered tasted delicious with the vodka. When I left and got pulled over and arrested for being intoxicated I made sure to let the officer know about my amazing experience at this Starbucks. I highly recommend this Starbucks for a caffeine high. 10/10

There were about a hundred fruit Flies on the ceiling and about 20 in their case. There were also tons flying around as well as regular flies. I have been going there for years and this was just gross to see. They were also out of tons of ingredients.
Went out of the way to go there at 6pm and hours listed on Google stated they close at 6:30.
