Every staff member is always kind and helpful. The location is quite busy but they handle it efficiently. The few problems I’ve ever had with an order was resolved quickly and without any hassle.
Kind of dumpy inside. Cafe was average at best. I asked for free refill of coffee that starbucks site expressly writes is available for any drink bought, was told in a condescending manner that they dont do that. They do its on their site. Paid a lil less than $5 for cortado and was asked to tip on screen of $5. Yea right! Knew I would hate the place. Tim hortons has crap Latte but at least their nice and clean.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any coffee shops/restaurant. First of all, I need to say they were not busy when I got there. There was a gentleman and his wife ahead of me, and no one behind me. I had a very simple order. All I wanted was a small cup of hot tea black, and a small cinnamon square.
The girl at the register was pleasant and repeated my order to me. I waited 11 minutes and they finally called my name. My order was wrong. They had iced tea instead of hot tea. (And I was overcharged, because an ice tea is more than a hot tea) I watched 10 employees behind the counter, some working hard others just kind of chatting. I watched women with long hair and no hair nets literally hair flinging from side to side. I watched a young woman making drinks, rub the base of her nose with her index finger and then continue to make drinks. I watched some of these employees rub their head/hair, and another one scratching her ear, and then continue working. No gloves, no masks no hair nets. And wait 11 minutes to have the wrong order??. I still can’t understand how it takes 10 employees 11 minutes to get a small hot tea and a small cinnamon Square order ready. On top of that for a small cup of hot tea and a little square of cinnamon coffee cake was $8.05. See attached photo. Absolutely ridiculous price!! I do not recommend this location at all. For those of you who go through the drive-through, you need to realize what’s going on behind the scenes and who’s making your order. This location needs to be reported to the department of health.

Carissa the barista has a nasty poor attitude and is working in the wrong industry. I ordered one simple drink and she looked at me like I had 12 heads rolled her eyes and said idk what you’re talking about when I simply asked her if she could make the Frappuccino a kids version . She was annoyed from the moment I walked up to the register and she had to do her job. Do better Starbucks.

This Starbucks is my favorite one ever the workers are always nice and willing to help when needed, this is why I always come back to this store, always great! Thank you to the store manager and team.
Whoever the roach was taking peoples orders in the drive through could be more friendly she was blonde and scary. She ought to learn she serving people. It was around 2 o’clock. I dive a biggggg Range Rover

I went up to order a birthday cake cake pop. I was told there was only chocolate left. I looked to my side and there was a whole cart full of cake pops and other items just sitting there. The drive thru was not busy and there were only two other people inside. There were 5 people working as well. Someone definitely could have been stocking up the pasteries.

We tried to order a birthday cake pop, but they only had one flavor out of four. The birthday cake pops and so many other pastries they were sold out of were sitting on a cart right in front of our faces while they told us they didn’t have it. It seemed like it was very slow, too, with only a couple cars in the drive thru and barely any costumers inside, with about six people working. I’m sure one of them could have stopped for a minute to restock on the items that were literally sitting right there that we were asking for.

Amazing staff, went in yesterday and ordered complicated drinks, they were very understanding and friendly didn’t get aggravated at all! very welcoming walking in.

98% of the cup was ice. it protruded above the line of actual coffee all the way to the bottom of the cup, kinda upsetting.

I am so sick of going to this location and getting completely inconsistent coffee every single day. How does a chain like starbucks manage to be so terribly inconsistent??? On top of it i pay over $1 extra for cold foam and they can’t even make it right most of the time!!!! What is the point of paying for nothing!!!!
I always go to this Starbucks location. The staff is always so friendly. Sometimes they put cute little stickers on your cup. My order is always ready right away and is perfect every time.
