I went up to order a birthday cake cake pop. I was told there was only chocolate left. I looked to my side and there was a whole cart full of cake pops and other items just sitting there. The drive thru was not busy and there were only two other people inside. There were 5 people working as well. Someone definitely could have been stocking up the pasteries.

We tried to order a birthday cake pop, but they only had one flavor out of four. The birthday cake pops and so many other pastries they were sold out of were sitting on a cart right in front of our faces while they told us they didn’t have it. It seemed like it was very slow, too, with only a couple cars in the drive thru and barely any costumers inside, with about six people working. I’m sure one of them could have stopped for a minute to restock on the items that were literally sitting right there that we were asking for.

I am so sick of going to this location and getting completely inconsistent coffee every single day. How does a chain like starbucks manage to be so terribly inconsistent??? On top of it i pay over $1 extra for cold foam and they can’t even make it right most of the time!!!! What is the point of paying for nothing!!!!

I always go to this Starbucks location. The staff is always so friendly. Sometimes they put cute little stickers on your cup. My order is always ready right away and is perfect every time.

I hope being negative in my reviews, but wow, this place is bad. I have now walked out of there twice without getting my beverage. I order on the app, show up when they tell me to, then after 20 minutes they tell me there’s another 40 minute wait. Yesterday was just for a simple cup of coffee. Nothing special, just coffee!

This is my go-to Starbucks. The staff here gets my order right every single time, they're warm and friendly and very nice. I have been to many locations in WNY and I just prefer this one overall. The prices have gotten a bit out of control, but that's not the fault of the employees.
Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant, they have many other dairy-free options for people like me. If you inform them that you have a specific food allergy they'll do their best to make sure your order doesn't come into contact with the items you're allergic to.
Parking: It's a large, open parking lot with plenty of parking available. Just be careful about the people coming out of the drive thru!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's very easy to get in and/or out of the building with any kind of assistive devices for walking. No problem.

The food is amazing. The drinks are so good that’s why I gave the food five stars. The service is like four stars. They were so nice. It’s four stars just because it takes long sometimes and then I like where it is the atmosphere I like this surroundings just like the parking is always packed so that’s why I gave the whole thing five star stars I recommend the Starbucks.

I placed an online order and got to the window and they told me that it’s gonna be ten more minutes and I have to either pull around and get back in the line (which was out to southwestern) or come in and get it. I’m just wondering how there is a 10 minute difference is between me telling them my order at the drive through versus me placing an online order????
