Site says 8am open, door says 8 am open, doors are locked and no one is inside store at 8:44am.
After reading several other reviews it seems that subway corporate has given to store free reign to do what ever they want, would give 0 stars if I could. You can see from the reviews that last good review was from 5+years ago, most likely change of owners. This place is a customer hazard zone.
Ice maker in the drink machine has black things coming out of it. I would assume it's mold. Gross.

The workers didn't speak English and had to do sign language and started to put onions on my sandwich when I said cucumbers

Didn’t even let the employee finish making our sandwiches. He didn’t speak English at all, started making both subs wrong. I asked him to correct them and noticed how little of the ingredients he was putting on. When I questioned him, he mumbled how expensive ingredients were, my response was it’s a $14 sandwich you should at least use the right amount of meat. He started making my son’s sub and completely messed it up. We left, never again.

I’m pissed with this location! 🤮
I work in this plaza and have very little time for a break. I usually like ordering from subway but this location makes me very grossed out, not welcome and waste of my hole break time waiting on the younger short employee.
He is usually outside smoking and I’m waiting for him to come in or he is talking on his phone.
He puts gloves on to make my sub then picks up his phone to move it with him down the line while he makes my sub. Talking to his boyfriend. Cashing me out. Touched the register screen stinking like cigarettes. He mine as well have a cig hanging from his mouth.
Ummmm 🤨 🤮 I also know exactly where that phone has been Mr!!!.We all know where that phone has been.
I asked him to change his gloves before he took my food out of the toaster. He did change them and of course that made him upset. I don’t care! That food is going in my body sr!
He needs to take a course in proper customer service and how to be sanitary and professional.
I pay $15 for a cigarette cell phone sub made with anger and has no meat. I like to tip everyone but not there. How can they be ok with this.
I’m done giving them my hard earned money. 👋🏻

We purchased 3 subs. A tuna, turkey and an Italian. The turkey literally had one piece of turkey and one piece of cheese per half of sub. Now I realize Subway is known for not putting a lot of meat on their subs.BUT one piece per half of sub?!?The tuna had about a scoop and a half of tuna per half of sub. Would not go to this location again for this reason.

Went during lunch. Rolls were stale/crunchy. I had to complete with whoever the one employee was face timing with while placing my order. Then- same employee walked around the dining area face timing as well during the meal. All customers were annoyed

Based on reviews I’m glad I didn’t order. Supposedly they open at 8 but when I got there at 9:30 the very rude man said he was just walking in and it would be 15 minutes. He looked shocked when I didn’t have time to wait.

There is only 1 employee. While he does work every day, he sits outside on the front sidewalk and smokes cigarettes most of the day, even with customers eating inside. Sometimes he'll lock the front door so no one can go in. (Not sure why) The doors and windows are dirty and the last time I went in there for food, he only wore one glove and touched my food with his ungloved hand. I'm really not sure how it's still open for business.

I call balls and strikes, and this may be the worst Subway I have been too. The worker there was listening to either a soccer game or news outlet in arabic and litererally was not paying attention to my questions and requests being distracted. I had to ask him 3 times what the rotisserie chicken was, meaning solid or cut up, and he was just focused on his phone. The worker was also both rude and when i cashed out to leave, just went back to his sitting hole without a thank you or have a good day. I will never frequent this Subway as long as it exists. And the dippers were only rolled up tortilla with a piece of pepperoni. Avoid at all costs
