After walking In as a dine in customer I was not greeted at all for the 10 min I sat at counter, so I went to the kiosk and placed my order wanting to pay cash I finished my order and went back to the counter as the kiosk directed me to do I then again sat there for another 10 min still not spoken a word to and waited to be cashed out this is not the first time this has happened and now I’m voicing my opinion about it . The place is very inconsistent. Management needs to step it up. oh and the wait for the food over 20 min I actually was able to write and post this whole review while still not getting my FOOD.

WORST EXPIRENCE EVER! I come in for dinner. It was cold! Greasy, made wrong, and missing items! They gave me attitude when I ask I could PLEASE have it remade since it upsett me and my kids so much. The lobby was filthy covered in trash. One person working on food and a bunch of people in like this back room ignoring me. I definitely would not go. I'm never going back and I wouldn't recommend trying it.

Less than a teaspoon of meat on these crunchy tacos, just unacceptable. Barely any cheese. The shells stick to the wrapper so all of them all broken when you go to eat them.

How do you make a entire luxe cravings box with a crunch wrap and a burrito and not put any beef on any of the items ordered, not sure BUT if you wanna know ask the employees at this Taco Bell !! They’ll give you a tortilla with unmelted cheese and say good to go! Can’t even be bothered going back in to ask for it to be remade cause of the amount of incompetence it takes to mess up the first time is unbelievable outstanding job on TACO BELL for the greed of opening a business for money but not having jack squat for employees to open it all, you didn’t even have to pass highschool to see this store shouldn’t be open period.
