An order was placed by mistake. Without any online verification, my son ordered a rootbeer for 5.26$ on christmas. I tried to cancel what he ordered. Called the "burger den" number from online where it was ordered from. I get "Dennys" to answer. The tell me they can't cancel it, that I have to call burger den. After awhile with no luck I went to Dennys and spoke to them. They claim to have no connection with "burger den".I can't reach anyone from burger den and Dennys manager walked away and left it at that. Thanks for all your help. Dennys and burger den I won't go to again.

Very creative and still can get a plane old burger with or without cheese, prices are reasonable people are friendly Services excellent, don't forget to bring your friends and family.

my soup was not hot! my nacho was served with undercooked chips dripping in grease with ice cold taco meat! our server we no where to be found. it was awful! will never return and will tell everyone how badly it was!
