I visit this Tim Hortons almost daily as it’s on my way to work. The staff is so friendly which is always nice that early in the morning. Sometimes I’ll even go out of my way to stop at this location just because I know my order will be right and it will be a great experience all around!

Kelsie and her team really put in the extra effort when I needed a large pre order every day for a week. The service was great and timely. And the food was all correct and delicious.
An absolute joke, not because of the employees but because of the management. While I waited in line for 15 minutes after arriving at 945 a.m. 9/14 I saw no one working the front register and a young man standing in the middle of the chaos not knowing what to do because it was his first day. Customers standing in the dining room are just as much as a priority even though there's no timer monitoring how long they're waiting like the drive thru has. The choice to schedule someone to train on day one on a Saturday morning is not only a stupid choice, it's the choice of stupid management who obviously doesn't know what it means to train. I didn't order anything just left after 15 minutes then went down the street to Tops plaza and when I'm in that area that will be the location I will always go to.
Great coffee, donuts. Breakfast wrap was small but filling, plus I just had to order a box of donut holes ?

Arrived at 7:25. Restaurant closes at 8:00. All food in the cases was put away. Two female employees were busy cleaning- and continued after they saw us standing by the counter. We asked, “Are you closing?” They responded, “Not until 8,” and then turned around and continued cleaning. We waited a moment to see if they’d take an order. Nope. We left. Do better, Tim Horton’s! WOW.

I absolutely HATE this location. I’m a hospice nurse and have a patient who loves strawberry coconut refreshers she drinks 1 everyday and anytime you say anything to the staff that works here they are so ignorant: They slam windows in your face roll there eyes. All I said was can you add more strawberry if it’s clear it taste like water and they were so rude. Save your $ and time go down to Lake and Abbott.. I have had to pay 2x in a day for this because I make the mistake and come to this location. It’s not just me that feels this way some of the business owners in the area won’t use this location either because the nasty attitudes and immaturity of the staff. I have had to paid way over $100 having to pay 2x. If someone is paying for it why is it so hard to remake if I’m paying for it. Then after they are rude they offer to “remake” it I’m good keep your spit I’ll find another location before I see my patient
