Was at the Lake and Abbott location today around 835 am on May 11th… I was greeted by a very annoyed and pushy young lady at the speaker, after putting my order in I pulled up to the window. After I paid with a very pleasant young man, the lady that was on the speaker handed me my food my saying “here” and basically tossing it at me. After being treated poorly I asked her name. My 6 year old from the back seat could feel her attitude and said “Jenna is rude” If Jenna truly does not enjoy her job she maybe should find something else. That is not the way anyone should be treated especially on Mothers Day. I will definitely be going to a different location from now on.

Hash brown smell like bacon indicates that it was cooked in the same oil. Please respect other people's wishes. Who don't want to smell or taste pork

No dome lids for small and medium coffee to keep me safe while driving so I don’t have to tell my cut back. It’s easier to drink with a straw and a dome lead. I was told they no longer serving dome last only for large coffees how ridiculous so I have to have more energy just to get a proper top ever since the pandemic, you don’t take the Tim Hortons cup I won’t be shopping at Tim Hortons anymore. They charge more money and taking away the things they used to have that made it worth it.
I only go to this location there’s 2 others within the same distance of my home, but this only always goes above and beyond. They’re sweet respectful and very efficient. I love the one girl I always see in the morning Jenna she’s always in such a great mood and so kind! Today I went forgot my wallet was trying to use Apple Pay and it wasn’t working, of course. So I showed the girl at the window told her I’d have to come back and she was so kind about it she let me have my coffee and it truly was so nice I didn’t want to go home take my baby inside get my wallet and go back, so helpful she truly made my morning. Thank you Kelsey!

This is the worst Tim Hortons location in WNY. The baked goods have been stale the last few times I've been here, several months apart. Not sure how they could possibly serve such stale food. Avoid this location. There's a Tim's in a gas station at the bottom of the hill where everything is always fresh.
I go here in the mornings and get myself a thing of timbits or a breakfast sandwich and the girls that work in there. You're just young girls but they're so cheerful and happy to wait on you and they make sure that you did exactly what you want and you're happy to double cup your coffee so you don't burn your hands. Good place to stop
