This location was ABOVE AVERAGE for Tim's! I'm not a regular at any Tim's because of substandard everything. The service was fantastic, food was great and coffee spot on. Friendly people, nice restaurant, visit this one and you will not be disappointed!!!!!!

Its hard to have a bad morning when pulling though the drive through and James is working at the window. He is always happy and smiling, always polite, and makes his customers laugh with his sense of humor. I truly hope the higher ups in his location realize what an asset he is to the company and our customers mornings as well.

What a different experience from the one in East Aurora. In and out of the line in under 2 minutes and they got everything right. Why cant East Aurora be this efficient???
Stopped in for breakfast, the gentlemen that took our order ( has his eyebrow pierced, large stretched ears) was excellent! Customer Service here alone earned this place 5 stars. The food was also actually quite good! Thank you, Sir, for being so nice. Wish I got your name.

The drive thru set up is not ideal. It is very easy to pull into the nearby Wendy's drive thru by mistake. Otherwise it's everything good I've come to expect from Tim's.

Bathroom is disgustingly filthy. The floor is very sticky. It is obvious that they use a dirty mop repeatedly and the dirt just gets trapped in the grout joints and stays on the surface of the tile. There were multiple black flies in the bathroom. There were no paper towels in the dispenser to turn off the dirty faucet or open the door with. Then I ordered my coffee to go and had already left when I tasted it. It tasted burnt from sitting on the burner too long, obviously not freshly made. I purposely didn’t order any food due to the lack of cleanliness of the place. I’ll never go to that location again and wish I hadn’t wasted my money on the coffee.
