What a different experience from the one in East Aurora. In and out of the line in under 2 minutes and they got everything right. Why cant East Aurora be this efficient???

Stopped in for breakfast, the gentlemen that took our order ( has his eyebrow pierced, large stretched ears) was excellent! Customer Service here alone earned this place 5 stars. The food was also actually quite good! Thank you, Sir, for being so nice. Wish I got your name.

The drive thru set up is not ideal. It is very easy to pull into the nearby Wendy's drive thru by mistake. Otherwise it's everything good I've come to expect from Tim's.

Bathroom is disgustingly filthy. The floor is very sticky. It is obvious that they use a dirty mop repeatedly and the dirt just gets trapped in the grout joints and stays on the surface of the tile. There were multiple black flies in the bathroom. There were no paper towels in the dispenser to turn off the dirty faucet or open the door with. Then I ordered my coffee to go and had already left when I tasted it. It tasted burnt from sitting on the burner too long, obviously not freshly made. I purposely didn’t order any food due to the lack of cleanliness of the place. I’ll never go to that location again and wish I hadn’t wasted my money on the coffee.

I don't have issues but ordered at the drive through 1 large unsweetened ice tea (very simple order) when I picked up and asked him if it was unsweetened ice tea he said yes. Well it was ice coffee big difference I took back I side and your staff need to be taught custom service rude and the the stare is strange. She finally acknowledged me I told her what happened and in slow motion I got what I ordered and my ice coffee back and was told that she cannot take back the mistake. This simple order took half hour I will not go back!!!!

The older lady that makes the food is creepy and super rude. When I order inside and the order is messed up she acts like I’m the one in the wrong. What ever happened to Customer first? When my order was wrong on drive through (wasn’t her fault) she sat there staring at me for 5 minutes. I will never visit your location ever again. I will also let friends and family know about your creepy rude employee.
Could you actually put some cream cheese on the bagels please lol. No reason to not put any on there when it’s asked for.

I went inside this location knowing the owner Tara well 6/5/24 I asked the woman whom was making sandwiches to make we a EXTRA TOATED CHRESE BAGEL DOUBLE CREAM CHEESE, my reply was when a cashier waits on U and its rung up , you will get it made . Unfortunately it took not 1 but 4 people to walk past me with no customer service or asking what I want than I finally gotten a cashier I bought a EX LG DD , COCONUT ICE CAP , 3 CHEESE CHERRY ? PASTRYS , 1 CHEESE BAGEL X TOAST X CREAM CHEESE . I WAITED FOR MY BAGEL FOREVER I ASKED THE WOMEN WHOM WAS WORKING THE SANDWICH SIDE IT IT WAS MINE . I WAS IGNORED NOT ONE TIME BUT 3 TIMES UNTIL I TOLD HER I KNEW THE OWNER NEVER AGAIN ILL ORDER A THING FROM THAT SIDE OF THE COUNTER WITH SUCH DISRESPECT. I TOLD HER IF YOUR HAVING A BAD BAD GO HOME DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON PEOPLE I WAS TOLD WHATEVER , NEVER EVER AGAIN , IF I SEE CONNOR IN WEST SENECA UNION AND SENECA ILL TELL HIM. Food sucks terrible service employees disrespectful customers sometimes mostly talk behind customers back food sucks over priced employees leave customer standing at register standing there while they talk to each other go on there phones make in proper jokes sometimes give customers dirty disrespectful looks will never eat there again want better doughnuts cinnamon rolls go topps and Paula doughnuts , maybe Walmart slow terrible service inside and at drive through always almost all time mess up your order half time cheaper coffee at McDonald’s , and at gas stations better yet make coffee at home faster and cheaper less troublesome.,Also found long dark hair on roll came with soup it wasn’t my hair my hair is medium to long length sometimes depend how I get it cut on weather conditions it wasn’t my hair soup is ok chili sucks have beans in it never come here again seems each tim hortons is sometimes ok to mostly bad with there locations only time Tim hortons is good is in hospitals but only then there menus are limited what they have what you want there.,Few times I park in back big mistake never park in back walk up front to doors customers in drive through do not stop at stop sign end of drive through exit almost get hit few times customers don’t care.,Found strip of bacon on breakfast sandwich that was NOT cooked properly it was still uncooked raw

Pulled up to drive through. Order placed. Waited a minute or two. This location toasted my biscuit sandwiches and pretzel bagel sandwich to absolute perfection Thank you Tims!!
