My first time at this location, i received outstanding customer service from LeLe and the gentleman working alongside her. It’s rare to find engaged, kind younger people working in the service industry. 10/10

Haven’t been to this location in a while due to there staff in auto follow recipes. Once again, the Sunday morning staff made the Vanilla Cold Brew to taste like a vanilla milkshake with absolutely no coffee flavor to it. This is absolutely ridiculous that they have a recipe book on hand and they consistently make these drink wrong. I also blame the management of hiring employee incapable of following directions. Save your money, go to s different location.

Worst hortons in the area. Staff is incompetent. Have never gotten an order fully correct. Last time they messed up all 4 things I had ordered.

I asked for a coffee with seven Splenda’s. As I watched her make the coffee, I realized she was using green packets and not yellow Splenda packets. I asked if she put Splenda in there and she said yes. I asked her for a packet and it was Stevia. She said “it’s the same stuff.” I said ‘no, it’s completely different and if you don’t know the difference between Stevia and Splenda you really shouldn’t be working here.” She repeated that they are mostly the same stuff. And I repeated that they are exactly not the same stuff. This employee is totally incompetent. She was having a personal conversation with some other customer while she was attempting to make my coffee the right way. She really doesn’t belong in the store.

Kid-friendliness: They sell Timbits, but they never taste fresh. Most times many flavors if donuts are out! I must say it is not Starbucks. The flavor of the iced cap was certainly disappointing! Not really sure what they hip is. Felt heavy after eating the greasy krueller. I thought they were a light fluffy donut, but instead it greased right thru the bag with no napkin!

It's sad to say that every single time I go thru your drive-thru, I have to repeat myself, & they still can't get the order right. When I call them out on it, to make the correction, I get terrible attitude. I've called corporate in the past about this location & I've seen they've done nothing because the same screw-ups are still taking orders that are wrong.
