Never come here at night. They grabbed my phone because they did not know how to do their job and in New York state. It is illegal to grab the customer's phone and bring it inside the building. I repeat do not go here at night ever!! The night staff has the worst possible service it took them 10 minutes to be able to find out and figure out how to scan the coupon because they didn't know and they held my phone hostage during the whole process

I recently made an order on the mobile app and went to the drive thru to pick up. I waited for about 15 minutes to get to the speaker where they told me to pull forward. After waiting 10 more minutes to get to the window they told me they were out of the item and that was it. Very poorly communicated and then handled after that.
When I left the drive thru with nothing, I had already paid. I called the 1-800 number and was told the local store had to refund and they forwarded the concern. It has now been over 2 weeks with no call and no refund. They essentially just took my money for nothing and told me sorry but you paid for nothing.
I would avoid this store at all costs. Slowest service and zero care to rectify a situation where they take your money for nothing.

Fantastic service. But I need to get a job here so I can on a bread bun rake in the back and talk . The girl with black long hair spends more time texting friends then actually doing work . The tables need to be clean but can't do that but need to text her friend
It seemed like the staff weren’t sure what they should be doing—lots of hanging around and slow service. My Frosty came half full, which felt careless. This place could really use better training and direction.

It's fast food so you get what you pay for. I always get the Spicy chicken sandwich only mayo cheese and pickles and a small or medium fry depending on my mood. While the sandwich was edible, when I arrived there was no one there so I likely got precooked chicken mediocre lukewarm fries. I like their fries too, just prefer them to be hotter and fresher.
