Food is good, view is great, service is awful.

This place was super pretty but Unfortunely the food didn't cut it. Not good at all... ended up spending way more money than I should have because of the minimum per person spending limit. I was still starving when I left the place.. had to get a SECOND dinner. Deff go for drinks and ambiance not for the food!!!

Food was good, but too expensive for what it was.

Great service, food was outstanding, grilled lamp chops are the way to go and the salads are very good. The ordering system, a little odd, they give you a paper checklist and then you go up to pay. Otherwise a great experience. Hope to be back next summer.

Some of the worst, yet most expensive food I have ever been served. Considering the lobster roll is $50 I would expect it to at least be served warm for a hot lobster roll. All of our dishes were beyond disappointing.

Great atmosphere, okay food. Not much on the menu asides seafood and over priced entrees. More of a hype spot. The beach club area is really nice and

This is a hard one for me. My wife and I split the Domato salad and halal wrap, and it was absolutely delicious and the perfect amount of food for us.I did not like the style of service for the price, however. You aren’t really waited on, there is staff ready to show you how to order, and you pay for everything at the window ahead of time. I’m not mad at it, but it’s too pricey of a place for it. I was tempted to tip less because we weren’t waited on, but I felt way too awkward at a nice place like that to do so.I hate that they have a full bar in the middle of the restaurant but cannot make individual cocktails. That’s insane. They were also out of a lot of the menu drinks when we were there.I was going to give 3 stars, but my meal and the atmosphere pushed it to 4.

People complaining about the concept of ordering at a till need to chill dude. It’s no biggie, relax. Staff were super friendly.Setting and food was absolutely stunning. Loved it. I felt it was really value for money for that part of the world too.One could enjoy a whole day there getting pleasantly drunk.

Terrible vibe from staff . Menu on a clip board left as a ordering form , let’s you know how distant the staff wants to be to help you. Prices are over the top. Won’t be back.

We arrived at 9:02 on a Friday night in July and were told the restaurant closed at 9:00. There were many patrons still dinning, so I asked if they would allow us to quickly eat. We promised we understood the time situation and would be quick - still NO. We left and went to Porto Bello which was FANTASTIC! I recommend you skip Duryea's and go to Porto Bello.

This review is for the restaurant not the beach club. The locale is just beautiful and most of the food was very good (except for the tuna tartare). Now for the service . . . As everyone has mentioned you place your order on paper; they brought our octopus but forgot everything else. It took asking a few people to actually get it to arrive -- well over an hour. To their credit they did comp a couple of things after asking.

The ambiance, service and food was amazing. At north east tip of Long Island this hidden gem was a great find. It has the Greece vibe and great music. It is pricey but worth it. Service was also great. We had to go to the register to place the order and pay upfront but they will bring the food and drinks to the table. Once you are done they have another beach lounge area with drinks and more food with great views. Highly recommended.

Haven’t been to Orient Point in a few years so was surprised long standing restaurant replaced by a new one. Beautiful place but very snobby. Sat at the bar and basically had menu thrown at me. I waited for “bartender “ to ask for our order as he proceeded to sweep floor and dump dustpan in bar sink! He just walked away and another guy looked at him and took our order. Just got a glass of wine and left. You can order food but you have to go pick it up at window yourself .Very strange considering it seems so high end!

The food was not the best, the fish didn't have any flavor whatsoever for $125 just the fish really overpriced. The Baby Calamari & Clams chorizo, garlic was all right. This place is only good to have a beer and listen to the DJ, Service was friendly but you order yourself at the cashier place pay and return to your table then the food is brought out to you when ready. this might have been the most disappointing meal at that price I have ever had.
