This cafe is small but they have a lot to offer! Their empanadas are delish! The crispiest I’ve ever had. Churros were also delish and lattes are good too. Definitely worth a stop.
My favorite coffee shop in all of Ossining. Very unassuming and homey. The best iced cafe latte I've EVER had including Italy. Their empanadas are something special. Their hot chocolates are artisanal and above anything you will get anywhere else

Word on the street is that Quimbaya may not be around for that much longer because the owner himself mentioned he's had his shop for "15 years" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. In spite of that, Quimbaya has been recognized by Westchester Magazine AND The New York Times mostly for his Hot Chocolate.
