“Came here after having a terrible experience at a different fast food place in town and I'm so glad I did! The woman that was working the drive thru Saturday morning 9/21 is the nicest person and deserves a huge raise! She completely changed my mood and turned a bad morning into a great one. Food is always good here but the service is impeccable. I so wish I'd caught her name, but I have heard that there is a woman who works at this BK and everyone that goes there adores her - I am thinking she has to be the same person! Regardless, thank you for turning my whole day around, it meant so much more than the food ?“

“Visited on a whim as we were staying at a hotel close by while visiting family in the area! Friendly neighborhood bar with great service, plenty of beer on tap and delicious menu choices. Love the fireplace tables on the patio. We also forgot a jacket during our dinner and the bar staff held it for the next day! Thank you and we will be back.“

“This was our first time ever & we were impressed! The gentlemen at the place was so polite, understanding and delivered the food on time as promised. Everything was super hot and fresh. The calzones had the perfect crisp. Cheesy, lots of cheese on everything we got lol. It definitely made more as a takeout kind of place(especially for younger kids) as everything comes in boxes & its very bland inside, but the jams where cool for the atmosphere 😎 we would probably come again especially for the Roni rolls!“

“Cashier was extremely patient and helpful as I was trying to decide what I wanted to share with my husband. She made suggestions with a friendly attitude. She even offered to cut sandwich in half, although kitchen was not willing to do so. Chicken sandwich and fries was good and on par price for fast food restaurants.

“They are understaffed. The people that work there are great. There aren't enough of them. If you see three cars in the Drive-Thru line count on at least 10 minutes sometimes 15.

The food is cooked well. I have never had any problems with any of the food.

If the store would hire more people, I would stop by more often. Twice in the last week I have driven off without getting my food because I sat at the window for 10 minutes, and all i was getting was a double cheeseburger.“

“We went through the drive thru Saturday night of Harborfest in Oswego on 104 E. They were having an issue with their system and lost orders. The manager was able to retrieve our order when I explained that we had waited in line for 45 minutes after placing a mobile order. He went above and beyond. He not only upgraded the size, he was so incredibly kind and understanding. I have never received that kind of nice attitude at a fast food restaurant before. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much, I wish I had your name.“

“Great Burger, large portion dripping with cheese. Never get tired of his burgers and french fries are always tasty. Kicked in a side of fried mushrooms with an assume spicy dip.“
